The service Tristan and Eddie provided was excellent. I greatly appreciated just how thorough and professional they were at not only setting up the dehumidifiers but also explaining the process and what we should expect moving forward. The adjustments made to allow easier passage through our living spaces cannot go unrecognized as well. Servpro have two very good technicians in both Tristan and Eddie. I'll definitely be recommending these services to anyone I know that may need them.

The Servpro Team did all they could to assure me that things at my home would be taken care of. They were kind and respectful and answered all my questions to the best of their abilities. I felt very comfortable having so many young men in and out of my home for the past 3 weeks. My gratitude goes especially to NICK GREENE and TRUSTIN COX who worked with great understanding of the frustrations to a homeowner whose home has been flooded. Tristin Cox, my ServPro technician, certainly earned 5 stars (more, if available)! He was extremely professional, excellent at explaining what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and approximately how long he expected the job to take. Each day he showed me the improvements in drying that had taken place. I appreciate that he followed through with my job from start to finish. I had total confidence in his abilities to take care of the flooding of my apartment and never took any “shortcuts”. My place was 100% dry when the equipment was removed. Nick Greene, Project Manager, also communicated with me via daily emails by summarizing what was completed each day by my technician. I highly recommend ServPro of Port St.Lucie.
