Very expensive service. I needed professional cleaning for a newly purchased house consisting of all floors, tile and hardwood, bathroom tiles, plus the outside of 40 kitchen cabinets done. Because of the high price I was willing to pay, I expected exemplary work. One worker was excellent. The other worker cleaned the floors sitting on his butt wiping lightly to his right stating that he had "bad knees". I also had to go over his work in the kitchen to wash the caked on grease off the cabinets that he never did. Very disappointed and not worth the money.

After a recent rain, we had both sump pumps fail, causing some flooding in the basement. We called ServPro to help dry it out. They sent someone over right away. Their technician came and assessed the situation, sprayed an anti-microbial to prevent mold from developing and then set up their equipment. He was very professional and efficient. Servpro got the basement dried out in less than 24 hours. Without them, we would have been taking out carpeting and, possibly, drywall. Would highly recommend!
