Great company. The crew chief was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were overwhelmed with a broken pipe in our home and the crew came in and just helped relieve our stress. The Farmers adjuster who showed up also stated that he loved working with the Servpro of Lockport because the do great work and are so easy to work with. My clothes washer flooded and my insurance company recommended ServPro. I called their office and the gentleman I spoke with did everything he could to get someone out to our home immediately. I appreciated his kind, clear, and professional communication. Two gentlemen arrived at my home shortly after I called. They were friendly and empathetic to my stressful situation. Alec took the time to explain everything to me. They worked quickly and diligently. They spent 3 days at my home and they arrived on time each day. They also communicated with my insurance company and took pictures for me. They had a tablet so all my paperwork could be signed digitally. I typically don’t leave reviews, but these guys were great and deserve ten stars!

Servpro did a great job cleaning up and drying out my basement from having over four inches of water from a sump pump backup! They showed up first thing in the morning and were fast, courteous, and had all damage removed in a matter of hours. The crew leader Alec came and checked the drying each day until everything was dried out and he explained everything they were doing and worked with my insurance company along the way. I would not hesitate to use them again!
