We were very pleased with the service we received from Servpro. We had a water issue in our condo and were out of town I made a phone call to Servpro and they were out quickly to help dry out the affected areas and were diligent in continuing until it was taken care of. Maria was always helpful in keeping me updated on the progress and was there to answer any questions that came up. I would recommend this office and would call them again if I needed there services.

Dean, Jessica and the entire staff that we worked with were top notch. We used their services to clean my father’s condo after he passed away in his home. This was truly the most emotionally trying situation for our family and the team at Servpro were so wonderfully professional, kind, compassionate and thorough.
They took care of the job completely and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
In addition, we had contacted another company for an estimate and Servpro was by far more economical.

This has been the best experience I've had with a service industry company. Servpro of Martin County, owned and operated by Marcos Vallejos, responded immediately to our need.. The crew worked quickly, and efficiently. A very special thank you to Zachary Bowen the crew leader, who was so professional, and explained everything that would happen, always had time to address my questions and concerns, and was so compassionate and reassuring in a situation that is traumatic for any homeowner. Dean, the manager expertly coordinated the services we needed and took the time to make sure we understood everything and addressed any concerns. The whole crew was very pleasant throughout this experience, and I appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards and moved some furniture and possessions in order to make us as comfortable as possible. Thank you also to Edoardo who helped me make sure that my cat did not escape the house.I would recommend this very professional and efficient company to everyone who needs their services.
