Update:
Regarding the 5th star, since I was asked, someone failed to be honest after breaking off the mirror of my sister’s car when they were supposed to be using the side door instead of going around front. We would have gladly moved it if I had known it would be in the way.

Secondly, the hall bathroom was not fully cleaned out. My shower curtain and toiletries were left behind. The light fixture and the tile was not cleaned. Ken offered to after the lock box was removed however I had already missed days of work and it would have been an inconvenience. The bathroom needed renovated anyways so I let that slide. The toiletries in the clean bathroom with little to no soot however was trashed. ‍♀️

Most everyone was great with an excellent attitude and very helpful. I prefer not to let 1 or 2 negatives spoil the rest since my entire house was covered in soot. 90-95% is acceptable especially since they performed better than some other companies employees.

A good attitude in the middle of a crisis goes a long way for me and my family.

My mom recently had storm damage to her home. We selected Servpro of Montgomery to help with the clean-up from the storm and to act as our contractor for the repairs needing to be done.

It was a very stressful time for my mom! Her whole world was turned upside down for several months. (You want the process to move so much faster than it does!) As we learned, these things just take time and patience.

Our Servpro Project Manager was Josh Hall and we could not have had a better one! He was great to work with and walked us through the entire process. He was very professional and no question was off limits. He had a good sense of humor and was very likable. Josh came by the house on a regular basis to see how the progress was taking shape and just to chat with mom. She really appreciated that! He went out of his way to make mom feel heard and important! He was great about answering his phone and responding back to text quickly. We really did not feel like we were going through this process alone.

Even through the repairs took awhile to finish we are pleased with the outcome and really appreciate Servpro and all of the staff that worked on this project. Can’t thank them enough!!

Serve Pro was very thorough with their inspection and plan to alleviate water saturation caused by a plumbing leak. Project manager Mike was very knowledgeable and all SERVPRO staff was courteous and helpful. If I have another water problem SERVPRO will be the company I will call.

After finding mold throughout our kitchen in our home we just purchased, we are very glad we called ServPro to help us get it taken care of. It was a pleasure to get to know our project manager, Spears Rhodes, and the rest of the team. Spears and each of the subcontractors were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and they also were very accommodating of my family's crazy schedule. I could not have asked for a better crew to get this job done.

Water mitigation side is great and serves customers need. Unfortunately can't say the same thus far for the reconstruction side. Lots of confusion and demands as if you don't have choices about what take place in your own home. Will be considering other contractors for reconstruction.

Great work. The project manager Josh and his team did an outstanding job. They worked closely with our insurance company so no haslel there. And any issues were quickly resolved. We are very satisfied with them.
