Palmer and all his crew people were very good. He constantly came by, checked on their work, made sure everything was done to standard and kept us informed throughout the process. This was our first rodeo dealing with the aftermath of a flood and he made it as painless as possible which is hard to do. I highly recommend him and the work that was performed by this SERVPRO.

THANK YOU SERVPRO Big T and Sylvio for helping my family after storm damage left us in a panic once we got home from vacation. We had water everywhere by the broken window and had warping around the sill. They took care of pulling everything out, drying, and taking care of the mildew that was growing a bit.

Recently had a water leak in the kitchen. Servpro from Plant City came out to take care of the problem. Removed flooring and some of the cabinets in an effort to try things out. Alerika, Kevin and Landon did a great job of taking care of the issues. They worked great as a team and I would highly recommend them.
