We worked twice with Stephanie George at SERVPRO of Largo and recommend her services without hesitation. We flooded after Eta and Idalia and while going through some of the hardest moments of our life, Stephanie and her team treated us with compassion, kindness, and fairness. They were always professional, honest, and patient. Stephanie worked seamlessly with our insurance company and we were charged fairly. Her team was knowledgable of what needed to be done to mitigate flood damage and what insurance would actually cover. And maybe most importantly, the work was done well and promptly! I’ve been in the multifamily industry for 16 years and in Texas they are not as good as the Servpro here!!! Stephaine and her team are hands down amazing and have made life easy for me and my residents when our property has flooded!! The tech I was working with was Corbin and he was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and gave us time and space to go through our house and decide what was salvageable after the flooding from hurricane Ida. Stephanie the operations manager and rob were also extremely helpful and walked us through the process and has been very responsive. We are so grateful for ServPro to go above and beyond in this traumatic experience.

Corbin and Tommy came out today for a water cleanup and did a great job. Corbin answered all of my questions and everything seems to have been completed quickly and properly.
