After a water line burst while we were out of town, SERVPRO rode in to the rescue. We had significant demolition work that had to be done which was led capably, competently and with great empathy by Ken. He communicated with me at every point through the process and helped us weather what was a true life crisis as an all-around good human being. (And he stayed calm when I wasn't.) He told me once "I think about your house every bit as much as you do." It was obvious in every way that he, in fact, did. Thank you Ken and SERVPRO (I'm going to invite him over after the house is all the way fixed.)

Jackeri, Andrew and another gentleman that assisted, but unfortunately did not get his name, did an outstanding job drying out my basement due to a septic tank issue. They were boots on the ground when needed and consistently returned to make sure all was going as planned. Please share my review comments on the Servpro website.
