I used to be a restoration project manager and have first hand experience in this industry. I can say without a doubt that Paso ServPro is my go to team for all my remediation needs. They are on time, courteous to my staff and get the job done right the first time. Highly recommended. Ask for Mr. Porter, he will take care of you.

Jim Porter and his entire crew were the best part of the water damage incident at our home. They were so courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. My basement had flooded over Christmas and mold spread over my stored paintings and drawings which then had to be discarded. There was a lot of trash that Servpro took care of and carted away. The workers were prompt, respectful and kind and did a good job. The worst part was taking apart an old cement (fire-proof) filing cabinet that had been outside for years. But they managed to complete the job! I am very pleased with the company and the people.

I recently had an HVAC leak which caused considerable water damage. Fortunately, I contacted ServPro run by Joe Powers. From his office to his crews: water mitigation, construction, they were all FABULOUS!!! Along with their kindness they were more than competent 👍 I could not recommend ServPro more !! It’s like it never happened🎉

Servpro to the RESCUE! My home had sudden, extensive water damage to the lower level. I reached out to Servpro at 9:30am on a Tuesday, and by 10:30am they were able to accommodate me for an urgent inspection. Joe (the owner) came out and was extremely thorough, friendly, and professional, during the inspection. They were able to get the work started that same week! Alfredo was the lead for the actual project, and he was equally as skilled, professional and kind. Communication with Servpro office staff (Karen) was also awesome- always prompt and helpful. The team took photos of all of the damage and included them in my final invoice (which was also very through). If you are filing a claim with your homeowner's insurance policy, this will be exactly what they ask for. These guys are pros! If I could give them 6 stars I would. Hopefully you don't need a disaster clean up crew, but if you ever do, Servpro is the best!

After the neighbor’s water heater flooded our home, Servpro came in and did demolition... after they left, the drawer to the stove was dented up, which they repaired however, the glides to the drawer in my kitchen Has never been found & when they moved furniture from the living room they placed it precariously on the very edge of the kitchen tile which broke!!
So need I say more?!!

Servpro, came the same day I called them. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent communication from the technicians. This is the second time they have responded to a biohazard emergency for me within the same day I called them. My experience with Servpro has been the best.
