Our kitchen was damaged because of a water leak. Dustin’s crew rebuilt the kitchen and replaced flooring and did a fantastic job. The work crew was trustworthy, professional and did accurate work. I was updated almost every day on the status. The project was finished ahead of schedule. We love our new kitchen and floor.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO. Alex and his crew were the best. They showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Alex was amazing! This was the first time needing services and I had alot of questions. Alex kept me informed throughout the entire process and always responded to my questions right away. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. He made the whole process less stressful. SERVPRO is lucky to have him! I also needed the services of Dustins department and he too was professional, courteous and helpful. I was impressed with both Alex and Dustin and would definitely recommend SERVPRO!

Nick came out to assess damage from a faulty faucet in our kitchen that resulted in sudden water damage and mold. Before leaving he installed blowers and dehumidifiers so start drying the space out.

Crew Chief Chris Campbell and crew arrived a couple days later to start the remediation process. He and his team were on time and professional with each visit, keeping us informed with each step of the process. He was also very responsive to calls and text when we had questions.

While we still have a long road ahead of us with repairs/replacements I can’t think of a better team to have had our damage addressed by.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!! If I could give a negative star I would. Plain and simple, I sent an area rug and padding in to be cleaned. Picked them up and they were dirtier than when I dropped them off. The padding had been ran over by a tractor or forklift? And had sticks and leaves all over it. Took them back to be cleaned again. They sent the rug and padding to a location in Pensacola. They kept the rug and padding for another 31/2 weeks before delivering them us.
I vacuumed the rug today and got 2 one gallon bags of dirt out of the rug. They obviously didn’t clean the rug either.
Don’t use this company for anything!!!!

We had a frozen pipe rupture and leave 2inch of water throughout our entire downstairs. Nick and his crew were so awesome. They got right to work setting up the drying machines and fans. They checked them every day and were very thorough in the documentation of the steps they took. This made the insurance claim go smoothly. I can’t thank them enough for getting us headed back to a state of normal. The professionalism was apparent from the quality of the equipment to the quality of the workers. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
