There were some understandable scheduling challenges due to the hurricane-response outside our region. But the Office Team got it sorted out; even working around the holidays. Had a problem with mold on my ceiling, and wasn’t too sure what to do about it.

Called Servpro to get somebody to look at it just to make sure it wasn’t anything insane.

Doug called and said he could make it out earlier than expected which was great.

He explained to me that the exhaust fan was broken and that was the cause of the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Instead of taking advantage of me and charging me a bunch of money, he provided me with a solution that I could do myself.

Thank you so much for being an honest business and actually caring, that’s very difficult to find now a days especially in this business.

I contacted ServePro to get a quote on some mold and water damage I had in my master closet. I was notified I would have a quote within 48 hours and after four days called for an update. I was told there was three separate areas that needed attention and they were going to send me three individual quotes. I received one. I called back to get an update on the quote and they had to send a separate team out to do another quote. Again, I had to call four days later for an update and once again the quote was incorrect. I called the contact number on the quote twice and left a message and still haven’t heard back three days later. Guess they don’t want my money.

Be VERY VERY careful. They are dishonest about the fee structure, and fees. They came in and told us they would reduce our price if the insurance company didn't pay, and then they recanted. Totally unprofessional. They set up inferior equipment, showed up a few times to look at it, told us it would be a substantially less than what the final invoice was. I then had a friend tell me they are three times as expensive as others in the area. Unfortunately, I'm in another state so they took advantage of the situation. BE VERY CAUTIOUS.

My husband and I worked with Servpro of South Palm Beach after our Highland Beach condominium was severely damaged by a flood from an upper floor in our building. Josh Ruderman, Servpro’s owner, responded immediately upon notification, and began a complete clean-up and mold remediation at our unit. The service we received from the Servpro team was outstanding, and we decided to work with its construction division to complete the rebuild of our Florida home. From beginning to end, the process was seamless – the team from Servpro was great to work with. Their attention to detail was spot-on, and their communications were excellent. This was especially important as we were in Boston during the reconstruction. We received frequent emails, texts and phone calls with updates and pictures. Although we were over a thousand miles away, we felt as if we were “on site”, which was incredibly helpful. Luc & Guy made great suggestions on how to make the process work more smoothly and save us money. Their knowledge of the permitting process, and tremendous construction insight, were invaluable. We certainly weren’t their biggest client, yet they made us feel like we were their only client. We cannot recommend Servpro of South Palm Beach highly enough.
