I had a great and first time experience with Servpro Tracy. This was my first time and was expecting Servpro Tracy to dry the carpet without knowing that there was also water in the walls and insulation. Indy CEO Servpro Tracy was able to explain details to me at every step of the process. He provides his machine the same day and started the drying of the walls. His guys came the next day assisted me we removed my belongings from the room and closet. They started working, cleaned as they go very professional and respectful, explaining the procedure every day before starting and at the end of the day when leaving.

Ben, Angel and Michael were very nice, respectful and responsible. Very Knowledgeable with their Job.
Indy of Servpro Tracy has very great team of guys. You will not regret using them if you have.
Especially Ben is good.

To top it all SERVPRO CEO Indy himself knows how to treat and talk to customers. He continued to ensure I and my family were ok. Even despite the fact that the guys were here. He constantly called on a daily basis to check in with me.

The most stressful situation for home owners is when they have accidental damage to their properties.
All you need in that situation is someone who can handle the situation without adding more stress and who can guide you in the right direction, and that is what Servpro does.
Indy, the owner, is very knowledgeable about the process and guidelines that need to follow to mitigate the future risk to the property and explains every thing in detail and patiently no matter how many times you ask.

He and his staff were very punctual and hardworking, and they handled water damage on our property in a very satisfactory manner. Gustavo and Adam were the ones who predominantly worked at my place, and they were very respectful of our requests and good at what they did. I would highly recommend SERVPRO, Tracy.
