Lenny and John V. From West Orange were fantastic! Explained everything that was happening, were very polite and friendly and got the job done with no hassles. Very professional, punctual and educational. After inspecting the affected area he educated me on the what’s causing the growth of mold and affordable remediation. He could have recommended an expensive and unnecessary job but instead he gave realistic and cost effective solution. He doesn’t make a mountain out of a mole hill and that’s the best quality to see from technicians. He came to help solve a problem and didn’t take the chance to over sell me on his service. He actually recommended we don’t use his service as what he specializes in is big mold growth usually from leaks in pipes causing mold to grow from behind the wall to the surface. Our problem was the steam couldn’t escape because the vent doesn’t reach the ceiling causing surface level mold to grow. Often times you see people taking advantage of people’s lack of knowledge and/or fear of their health. This man did not and for that I appreciate and respect his time and wisdom. Per his words the mold wasn’t enough to be a health concern or require to much invasion actions. Recommended ceiling vent as ours is around the same level as mirror light fixture and DIY mold test kit to check the quality of air coming from the vents. Didn’t even charge for coming out. Im not sure if that’s usual or maybe because it was such a quick inspection but either way a happy interaction. Thank you for your time and wisdom.

Lenny was great. He made sure there were fans hitting all the damp areas, 2 dehumidifiers (1 in the closet) and drilled some holes in the wall behind where the floorboards will go back so as to hit the other wall from the inside where the oven and refrigerator are (difficult to reach and the floor didn't get wet, there, on the surface, but water most likely seeped in there from the hallway side, which was wet). This is the second time I called Servpro and Lenny came. He is very friendly, professional, and reliable. He also worked up a sweat. Good worker. I requested that he be the one to return and pick up the fans and humidifier.

Caleb and his crew were outstanding!
They were out at our home right away after my husband called and setup to dehumidify after our AC went out. They were kind and patient as our AC was out for nearly 2 weeks while waiting for parts.
