Shasta Beam helped me get improved internet in 2 of my business locations that I couldn't get other better circuits installed. The uptime and stability were better than expected, and the tech support has been top notch in the few times I had issues. Great customer service and reliable internet! Ed was great, I had some issues when I first moved into my house and they helped me multiple times until we figured out what the issue was. They came out to my house and fixed it quickly and I haven't had any problems since. Highly recommend for Proberta area. Thank you Shasta Beam!

I never used the phrase "impeccable service" and for ShastaBeam that changes with this review...all my encounters with ShastaBeam and staff via phone or in person has been IMPECCABLE, the customer care has always been prompt and polite, friendly as if they care and they truly do! I wish I had more reasons to call as it's a pleasant experience everytime. It's a positive though I never need to call. Besides the wonderful humans that work and run ShastaBeam my Internet is never a stress, always runs smoothly. I highly recommend for they are the whole package with no extra unnecessary stress, fees, issues or drama.

Their customer service is really good especially with tech support. Living rurally the internet can go down during a storm and they answer my desperate calls for help OR their voicemail reflects they know what's happened and they are working on it. I really appreciate that!

I had a few issues with the WiFi because I live in the woods with little to no signal. Shasta beam always came out as soon as possible and exchanged the box to a better one that came in better up in these parts but eventually they had to bring a satellite in for my service to quit getting interrupted. Shasta beam always waived the upgraded box and dish installment and equipment when it was in their side for the interruption of service. Very pleased with them they'll work with individuals also, happy customers get more customers simple. I only wish the price could be a little cheaper. $100 a month seems to be stretching the need for it more than it should but that's the price we pay to stay in touch with the world today. They are very close to being tied with spectrum, that's only good in town though.💯💯💯
