All the staff there have a very good service attitude! Thank you very much Lindsey and Amy for helping us successfully buy the house we like. Our experience with Tess the sales associate was very good, she was knowledgeable on the homes, always greeted us with a smile, and helped us along the way with the process of buying our home, she always got back to me promptly with any questions I had. I enjoyed talking with her as I visited the model homes frequently. Troy the superintendent is very nice, and has always been helpful if we needed anything or had questions about anything. He has been great to work with. Amanda has been pleasant as well, very communicative with repairs, and stays on top of what needs to be done. We have enjoyed working with all of them.

Have pause because of the stories you've maybe seen online from other cities and states while researching? We did too.

HOWEVER, I'm typing this as I sit in our new home in Shastina Ranch that my family absolutely loves.

I can tell you first hand that our experience with Tess and the rest of the team here, has constantly exceeded our expectations. From our initial visit, to the countless others as our home's construction was being completed; Tess, Troy, and Amanda have been helpful, patient, friendly, and their communication and follow through has been phenomenal.

For added peace of mind, we went ahead hired a home inspector that we were referred to by our agent, and the team at Shastina Ranch was accommodating and supportive with us doing so. As thorough as the inspector was, he didn't find anything of concern and the entire list he came up with was the same as the list that Amanda (Shastina Ranch) had made with my wife and I.

After receiving our keys and moving into our home, the team has continued to be as friendly and helpful as ever!

I realize not all teams may be like this for DR Horton, but the team at Shastina Ranch truly IS that good and we could not recommend them enough!

After a whirlwind of a child custody court battle, the back-to-back never ending pressures of a large family, and recovering from the stress of the world shutting down, we decided to move! Theresa Lindsey was a breath of fresh air in the middle of our chaos. She made me feel more than confident with the process and allowed me to focus on the packing and the many other things that are needed to make a move possible. Magnolia it Shastina ranch is a beautiful community. The D.R. Horton builds are very nice. There is so slight finishing details that could be improved but for the price, the quality is amazing.
