They appear to have the knowledge, but they charge for it. The reported problem was the RV does not turnover when attempting to start. I had already replaced the batteries and tested (most of) the fuses.

Initially he wanted the RV leveler raised for easier access. I informed him my slideouts had support jacks in place. Next thing I know he's lowering (not raising) my leveling system. Obviously that is not good for the slideout. We were able to get the support jacks removed. Not sure what if any damage was caused by that move.

At that time he noticed my transmission indicator was not illuminated. He tested a couple remote fuses that I was unaware of, one of which was bad. Replaced it and it started. I was quite relieved.

He contacted me just before 8am to confirm my appointment. He was here by 830a and gone by 910a.

The charge was outrageous to me, but at least I am more educated about my rig. $440 for travel. $200 for the work. $140 cash only discount, with no receipt. I felt a bit taken, but that's RV life.

Unfortunately, they incorrectly assessed that it would take more than 8 hours to replace a Horton fan clutch in my engine. After trying to explain to them that Cummins can do it in 6 hours. I decided to shake hands and let them know I would go someplace else. I would still use them except for my RV

I had an engine problem in my large diesel pusher motorhome that was preparing to leave me sitting beside a highway somewhere. They ordered in the proper parts, and the boss came to where I was parked to get my repair done. If I had driven much farther, more damage would have occurred. I am happy with the care taken with my rig, and all is well now. If I have another problem when I am visiting in this area, I would not hesitate to use this company again for repairs.

I broke down in a semi tractor. Springerville Auto Wreckers towed me in from Pie Town, NM. Great guys here. Know their tradecraft well. Quick, efficient and vety knowledgeable! Good price too!

Our class A motorhome broke down at our campsite and could not be moved. Shawn came out and diagnosed the problem and order parts. A few days later he came back out and fixed our diesel, and we were back in the road. Very good and professional company that I highly recommend.

Super happy with having my motorhome brakes inspected and everything else underneath. Shawn was professional, on time, went above and beyond explaining things to me and really enjoyed all of the cool stuff in his shop. Also reasonably priced.

Worst experience I have ever had!! Paid$1200 to have my semi towed in there by of course someone they recommended they charged me $800 to diagnose it ordered the parts and then told me they couldn't fix it. Charged me to send the parts back, then charged me $35 dollars a day to store it which we are a small company so we couldn't get it towed out of there right away these people are crooks. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

My wife and I are new to RVing and when we experienced an issue with the suspension on our Forest River Legacy coach we could have bounced our way to Phoenix or Flagstaff or taken a chance on Show Low Diesel, whom we'd never heard of. Shawn and his team diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be "operator error", i.e. dumb driver! They could have taken advantage of our inexperience but instead charged us only for a one-hour service call!!
Guess where we'll be taking our coach from now on for any of the services they offer Thanks, Shawn, Reve and the rest of the service team members.....
