I live just outside littleville and our power goes off 4-5 times a month. We have had to replace our cable box, and wireless router due to this. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've called and all I ever get is, we are working on it. I think they should have to pay for things that we have to replace because of the frequent outages. I can understand bad weather, a bad wreck or something like that, but on a beautiful day? Come on! Power has gone out 4 times today 4-23 and it's just now 11am.

So far I’m unimpressed. With in two weeks of activating service we had a power outage. When I called to report the outage I was informed they knew about the outage and were expecting the outage for a long time because they are replacing poles. I find it unprofessional, impolite and unacceptable to neglect to inform customers of know outages having to do with any service maintenance. Any other power company I’ve ever had was courteous with informing customers of known and expected outages. Poor execution of the management. You can do better

Worst public/private utility company I have ever tried to conduct business with. It is hard to get service and even harder to get your deposit refunded. Every employee I have contacted is either unqualified or unable to perform their duties. Glad I am away from that mess.

The power blinks off at least once every day. Rain or shine. This cannot be good for TVs, stoves, computers, refrigerator, etc. These are very high dollar items that are getting fried from the constant loss of power. We have had to replace 2, less than a year old, hot water heaters because of this constant interruption of power. It's time to pursue what can be done and what reimbursement I can get for damages.

We are having a scheduled outage today. Except they don't notify you except by Facebook? I guess they think all of us should have Facebook? Had a refrigerator delivered this morning all refrigerator goods are sitting on the counter. Guess you are paying if ruined right? This is the worst power department/ water/ garbage I have ever encountered in the entire USA. Having lived around the country and overseas included. Not to mention the stop lights every ten feet stopping no one except the ones not needing to be. It's a comedy who ever runs this place.

Sheffield Utilities charges a minimum for service even if you did not come close to using that. I had power for a little over a week while moving and they charged me "minimums" equaling around $120. They are a scam.
