Phone system isn't great. First time I called I was sent to a different department and the hold sound didn't play, then the call dropped on it's own after 7 minutes. Called again and the call dropped after a few seconds. Called again and the person who answered sent me to voicemail, but it asked for my voice mail number. I don't have one, I just want to find out how much it is to get a flu shot there. They don't care about helping people. That's clear from their phone system. Cvs, Walgreens, and even walmart are better.

Very rude , not only was I hung up on 2 times trying to make an appointment. But when I arrived to my appointment one of the front desk associates were extremely rude and judgmental. I provided the shot records I had on my adoptive daughter and she argued with me about what all she should’ve had when she was 6months old , 1yr etc. I told her multiple times that she was adopted and didn’t get the proper care she needed in her previous home. She kept arguing with me and even said I must not have the proper papers for her like I claimed because there’s “no way”. I had/have all the proper paperwork I need and have worked with many different doctors offices & schools who have NEVER had an issue with the shot record she has now. Because she is updated in the shots she’s needed in the past 3 years. She proceeded to shame me and say I must not have other kids. They then refused service because their nurses were “uncomfortable “ with giving her shots without knowing what shots she did get as a baby even though I explained multiple times she was not properly cared for before hand. I was just trying to get my daughter checked up and updated again on the shots she needs now. Instead I left feeling ashamed and crying due to how rude the staff was. Will NEVER be going again. Sad this is the place her new school recommended!

Make sure you be here before 3:52pm for any vital records. I came to front desk at 3:53pm (assuming closing time is 4:30pm per google) and front desk lady argued for like 6 minutes with me and not ready to understand my request. Officially they supposed to take me in anytime before 4pm. Security lady came and she was nice at lest she went in the office and check for me if system is on or shutdown. Not appreciated.

Was dreading coming for shot record because of bad reviews. I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and I was only there for 20 min.

We just moved to the state and needed my sons vaccination record switched over to the TN form. We turned in the paperwork on a Tuesday, they said 48-72 hours. OK, no problem. By Friday we hadn't received any word, so my husband went up there to figure out the status. A woman yelled at him in front of everyone "if you didn't receive a call, don't come" and continued to talk over him. My son has been out of school this whole time, and we just wanted to know the status because its over the projected time and this woman had a temper tantrum on my husband. 0/10 would avoid at all costs until they can hire adults who can control their emotions.

Gave up after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Not really sure how to go about making an appointment since the ability to make appointments gets taken away when they refuse to answer the phone. Yesterday I go up there in person after trying to call again and waiting on hold for an hour. The lady asks me if I have an appointment. I say no. She asks why. I say that the phone just rings and nobody ever answers. She makes me an appointment to come back the next day (today). There are 5 workers in there and an empty waiting room. I couldn't be seen yesterday though for some strange reason. My appointment is scheduled for 10:30am. I come early, at 9:45am, because I know there may be paperwork. Which there is. I fill it out and take note of the mostly empty waiting room. There is one family there. Thats it. Me and them. I think I'll be seen rather quickly. There are 6 workers seen walking around the various booths or to the back or speaking to the security guards and just chatting with one another. I see one person actually making phone calls my entire time there. One. The others are talking or doing paperwork. 7 people come and go as I wait. Its now 10:36am. Ok, no big deal, because its only 6 minutes after my actual appointment time. To everyone wondering why the phones aren't being answered, they don't ring. Ever. There is a lady who makes calls, but I never once heard a single phone ring. Which seems odd considering how many people state they have tried to call multiple times. Not a single ring. Its now 10:40am. I am here for a simple vaccine. Everyone who came after me is long gone. Nobody has said a word to me. I finally get called back by a lady. She gives me my shot. Then she hands me paperwork. As I walk out I notice the name in the paperwork is another persons name who had my same first name but different spelling. I immediately panic, because I am 8 months pregnant and just received someone elses vaccine. I realize this lady never asked me to confirm my date of birth or who I was. I go to the front desk and explain and the lady tries to say its ok. I say but I was given someone elses stuff and I am pregnant, and the lady takes the other person's papers and hurries to the back without a word to me. Comes back with the nurse and both try to insist that this person with a different date of birth, different spelling of first name, and different last name is me and that that must be my maiden name. I say no. I've never been married. I give my name. I go back and forth with them for several minutes giving them my date of birth and name over and over. Their confusion was terrifying to me. Again, they say that this other ladys last name must be my maiden name. I say that is not the case and give them my information and drivers license (all which they received when I filled out paperwork). They finally seem to understand that I am who I say I am. That they gave me a shot meant for someone else, which means someone else got my shot. They then tell me we were both getting the same vaccine. I ask if the amount I was given is accurate for a pregnant woman and if adults and pregnant women receive the same amount of a vaccine. The lady who gave me the shot assures me that this is the case and that I am fine and received the correct vaccine and the correct amount and gives me a new print out of a shot record with my actual information on it. I leave and immediately call my OBGYN.
I am lucky that me and my baby are alright, because this place could have killed me and my baby with their ignorance. This was careless of them. The lady who gave me my vaccine was supposed to ask me my name and date of birth and confirm with the chart she had that I am the correct person. That was not done. This place is dangerous, and I will never come back here. They could have killed me and my baby, and I did not receive an apology or explanation. They just handed me my shot record and walked away.
