We just recently had Shelly’s come out to pump and inspect our tank. I truly don’t have enough kind things to say about the guys who came. They were just awesome. This is the second time we’ve used Shelly’s and won’t use anyone else. Top marks for Shelley's!! They were courteous from Theresa in scheduling work in a timly manner to the workers Will and Steve who were professional and prompt! Got woke up on Christmas eve by this company at 6:25 in the morning running there loud truck by my window. You would think they would have enough respect to start at a descent hour. Called and didn't even get an apology just a rude lady. Sometimes an apology goes a long way. Tells a lot about this company!

Update: actually the pipe had an upturn that had been previously cut poorly so it clogged again. Another company came out and fixed the clog, but also sawed it off smoothly so it wouldn't occur again. That was a better solution and it would have been nice if that had been done the first time. I did call to discuss and was given excuses, "they don't have tools on their trucks". If that's true, they could have mentioned that it needed to be done to prevent further issues ...

They came same day and we're on time. Will and Aaron did a great job and quickly solved my septic backup issues!

Melissa in the office was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. We weren’t in any hurry to have things done but was provided a date within the same week. I felt comfortable before their techs even came out to my home to provide service. Will was the tech that showed up bright and early along with James. Will called with a heads up to let me know they were on their way. He was very knowledgable as he’s been doing this for 25 years and it showed! He reviewed our system with us and helped us to better understand how it works and proper maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. The time was even taken when digging up the grass and replacement. We will be calling Shelley’s next time and requesting Will again. Great customer service!!

The staff member I was dealing with was very unprofessional and incompetent. I sent him an email confirming service and he said someone would call me back to confirm. I waited for 6 days without a response. So, I decided to go with a different company that returned my calls the same day. When I notified him about my decision, he sent me (the customer) an email thanking me for wasting his time and that it wasn't his fault his contractor had not reached out for 6 days. I sent an email to the owner of the company but there was no response from them. If this is their attitude and response toward someone trying to get services I can only imagine if there was an issue while completing the job.

Donovan deserves a raise, I had no idea what was going on with my septic he was in the area agreed to stop by and take the job. Within 15 minutes diagnosed, had my system pumped and walked me through every step of what he was doing. As a new homeowner to septics, I couldn’t be more grateful.
