After reading the reviews I have come to this conclusion. Pay your bills and your electric won't get turned off. When I have lost power, the notification system to report outages works fine.

I'm a disabled vet with a brain injury. Trying to set up auto pay because of this disability and the app messed up my information multiple times, due to this locking me out of setting up an auto pay. They refused to do anything to try and help me set it up and said that it is not their problem. I haven't experienced such callous disregard for someone who struggles with even basic tasks.

I used power for $14 but they still charge $122 for the stuff they can't explain why I have to pay for.
Fraud.
Look at their rating and reviews.

It was utterly dissatisfied moment when I realized that they don’t have emergency technician over the weekend in case of service disruption. I agree service disruption is due to unpaid bill (autopay didn’t go through and I was unaware until they turned off the electricity ) but there isn’t a notification via phone or text. Worst experience I had and have to suffer with 1 year old over the weekend without electricity because lack of proper communication and emergency service for the customers.

Power been out for over 12 hrs and horrible customer service can't get a real person to talk to. They keep moving the dew back on time every time it gets close to the previous time that they said it would come back on. Looking like I'm going to have to throw all my perishables away in my fridge which they won't cover or take discounts off on your bill

Terrible company. Took a payment out even though the entire balance had been paid in full 3 days prior and will not issue a refund. They said they have to wait ten days in order to process a refund. The refund should have been processed today. My balance was zero when they took the money. So at this point they are holding my money on purpose. A new bill has not even been issued yet. They are the highest priced company and they do not care about the members. Look at the building they built. There is no reason for them to have a building that big. You have to stay on hold everytime you call.

Everything's been fine, until we installed solar panels. Now they won't inspect the system due to paperwork problems between the solar installation company and themselves. I'm caught in the middle, with working solar panels that I paid for - but not getting any credit for their production. All I'm getting from them is 'that's not the process' but that's not going to solve the problem. It would make more sense to just inspect the system while the paperwork gets fixed vs. penalizing me for a problem that I didn't cause. It's not much incentive to have anything else to do with them; or stay on their grid, honestly.
