We were finally able to communicate with Jessica, and everything proceeded smoothly from there. Carlos arrived on time and provided us with ample information regarding the impact screen they are installing. He also highlighted requirements that were not mentioned by other vendors we considered. We appreciate the responsible management, as evidenced by their attention to customer reviews and responses to concerns

Initial:

I have yet to get a return call from Jessica. Somehow for the 3 times I called , no one picks up the phone so if ever you will miss their return call, you are out of luck . I've been trying to reach Jessica to confirm an appointment but my calls have gone directly to voicemail each time. I initially called back promptly after receiving a message from her, but unfortunately, I was unable to connect. I'm now concerned about the availability of customer service lines, as it seems difficult to speak with someone directly.

I am updating my review from a 1 star up to 5 star. The owner, Jodi came as she said she would do and was even able to come a little earlier. She was very apologetic towards my experience that I had with her sales personal, water under the bridge as far as I am concerned. They do have a good selection and options of screens. They are reasonably priced and they have a pretty fast turnaround time. I did purchase a screen today while Jodi was here.

I assume the sales guy name was Carlos because Carlos text me that he wouldn't be able to make our first scheduled home estimate on January 31, which was fine, he texted me and had something important to do. We reschedule for February 3, and Carlos failed to show up, no text or call. I texted him to see what's going on and he apologized and said he forgot, ok. So we rescheduled for today, February 17th at 10am. and he once again failed to show up. Not even a text or call. If the sales guy won't show up, would the work ever get done if Carlos ever did show up

The preparation, the discussions about various options, the quality of the material delivered and the installation were all done professionally and in good quality. The people in the company are very nice to talk to. They listen and they help every time we ask for help. We recommend them without hesitation.

Overall, a positive experience. Scheduling a consultation was quick & seamless, was able to get an appointment in for the following week. Fast forward to the day of, the technician called about 30 minutes prior to my appt stating they weren't going to make it as they were super behind. No problem, they got me scheduled in for two days later. That day comes & it's almost an hour after my schedule appt time and I have not heard from anyone. I contacted the technician from the other day and thankfully he was able to come by. Honestly a very rocky start & we were unsure if we wanted to proceed. After giving us a price and seeing the available color options, we decided to move forward. Day of installation, they were communicative and arrived within a timely manner. They two guys that came, were great and fell in love with my Frenchie. We were super happy with the outcome! A few days later, it rained fairly hard and to our surprise it held up really well. The 4 star rating is mainly due to the consultation mishap but overall we are happy with everything!

Highly Recommend this company from Sales to Scheduling and Installation the most professional and competent team you could ask for. Sales. Arles was extremely knowledgeable and explained the product in detail. Jessica kept me in the loop when my Roll Screens came out of production as well as when they would be installed. The installation was done to perfection by Gauge and Austin UNBELIEVABLE. They were extremely thorough paid a lot of attention to detail and meticulous installation. Again you won’t be disappointed with this company. They are very Fair and Competitive with all the other Awing and Screen Components. Again measurements and installation was Flawless.
