Terrible service. They take too long, they are inefficient. Before there was only one girl and she was super fast and now there are two girls and they are terribly super slow. It takes more than half an hour to serve just one person.

No hello no type of greeting I call before I came to make sure they can return the Amazon package she said yes got there stood there forever for her to tell me they can’t scan QR codes only bar codes which she should of told me she apologized but it was a complete waste of my time.

I will make sure I never ever direct any of my package pickups to come to this location. The young lady at the front during the time frame of 4:34 gave me an absolute hard time and really behaved in a manner as if she didn’t want to serve me. I totally felt discriminated against 100% she wanted to argue with me about if I had a pick up code or not. Meanwhile I had my information in hand and she still chose to act as if she did not want to help. I finally had to tell her if she didn’t want to assist me let me know so I can contact someone else that’s her higher up for help. She rolled her eyes and told me I was being rude. I was so taken aback and realized she might’ve been discriminating against me and my young son who is bi-racial. After 5 minutes I asked her if she can just check and see if my package was there. She got it handed it to me and didn’t even ask me for my ID. Horrific. Never again.

I don’t recommend this place I sent a package with this company I talk to Gina that is the owner and manager, they lost my package I had insurance with the package and I been trying to get my money back or package Gina is lost their employees give me a number to call her she never answers and when she does she doesn’t know what’s going on on her business shippoint
