It is nice if you want to be within walking distance to the main attractions. Large sites with nice views of the mountains for only $10/night, CASH ONLY. The downsides: no trash receptacles and no toilets. So, if you have dogs, you need to find a place elsewhere to get rid of the poop bags. There was a small camper next to us that I am guessing didn't have a toilet, because twice when we looked out our window, someone was peeing right there. It taught us to keep our shades down.

Was told about this place from fellow Nomads. I stayed two nights ar their RV "park". There are two parking lots, upper for day use, and lower for RV/tent/van/car camping. The entrance to the lower lot was a litte steep but manageable, woundnt want to try in a heavy rain storm. Plenty of spots, but this is a "dry" or "disperse" camp/RV lot so no power, sewage, or trash. Best part was $10 a night. There is a small box and envelopes for you to write tag number, day and date of check in and planned check out. (Honor system) and the other best part, you're only walking distance from. Allen Street and the OK Corral.

Nice and quiet. For $10 per vehicle. No hookups and pack it out. Walk up the hill and your in 1881 Tombstone. If you want to stay the day, there's day parking right up the hill for $5.

Someone referred to this as free parking. That is incorrect. There is a locked box with envelopes for the fee. $5 per car, per day, and $10 for RVs, per day. The parking is down the end of the street that the Courthouse corners. You can walk to pretty much all of the main downtown.

I'm presently parked here, $10.00 dry camping, overnight, only a few rigs here right now. There was an event yesterday so website says they are closed, so does parking entrance, but the event cleared out last night. Great place to overnight, pull out solar panels, grab a couple of drinks at OK corral or anyone of the saloons. Don't worry about noise at night, they close early.
Lots of stars and a meteor shower to be had.
Bring it in, and take it out.

We were just in Tombstone yesterday and parked our 33’ RV in the lot so we could check out Tombstone. The sites are clearly marked and spacious so you can put out slides and steps.

The parking is paid based on the honor system (an envelope to write in your vehicle info and include your cash payment, then drop into lock box). It was $10 for the night, which we happily paid so we could check out the area. This is a level gravel lot, with dry camping spaces only....no amenities or hookups, so go prepared.

The lot is a very short walk to the tourist areas in Tombstone, including the O.K. Corral, courthouse, dining, etc.

We were sad we had to start our journey back to Texas and unable to stay the night. I’m sure the stars are beautiful at night. The view of the mountain certainly is!

Great little spot to camp out for the evening. Unfortunately no signs to indicate quiet hours. So, people will run generators through the night. Not very much fun if your in a tent. Walking distance from main street.
