I wish there was a thumbs down . This company is a bunch of thieves. My payment was returned without any notification from them. My bank notified me and I paid the water company the amount within a week. But because I didn’t know there was a $41 fee. They shut off my water two weeks later. Then charged me $160 to reconnect a $200 delinquent deposit made me pay the bill that wasn’t even due for another two weeks plus of course the $41 return Payment fee. So a $41 fee turned into $532 to have my service restored, Which is just a turn of a valve. I Cannot wait to move out of their district. Yes, I understand that my payment was returned, but it was taken care Promptly. There’s no reason to charge all of these make-believe fees for a $41 return payment fee.

I did not use this service but this maniac was driving like a crazy person and laughing about it. Almost caused 5 accidents that I saw on 99. He was flooring it and weaving in and out of people then slamming on the breaks. Definitely shouldn’t be the face of your company

Quick to collect the money...... they were charging me for my previous address, and disconnected the service on my new house. Payed what they hadn't been charging me and said they would turn it on the same day. They never did, and I had to call multiple times for them to tell me that there wasn't an order put in to turn on the service although they charged me right away. Had to call the next day to verify and they said that after the operator took my payment I had to call in again to give them the confirmation number, which no one mentioned. So they basically have no communication internally and don't tell you about it either.

Terrible place to deal with. My bills last year during most of the year were consistent and then all of a sudden there was a huge spike in November. The first guy I talked to couldn't explain it and then hung up on me after I asked if he would let me talk instead of just talking over me. Getting in touch with a supervisor is a joke. You get the run around with just about everyone you talk to that isn't a supervisor. There's no reason my bills should be lower May-August (even when I told them during those months I had 2 leaking toilets!) and really high in November. It's almost as if nobody was reading the meters during the summer (I bet it's hard to get out of a vehicle with the a/c on) and then in November they finally actually read the meter and stuck me with a $400+ bill.

This monopoly on water companies is ridiculous. Why can't we have options like we do with electricity?

I had an issue with the builder not turning our water over to us (the owners & residents of the building) so I had no information where to start, no acct #, nothing. They made it so easy to get the issue handled & the account changed over. Saved me so much time!!

SienVi changed our billing from our MUD to Iowa Colony which made our automatic payments invalid. I did not know this until it the day before it was due and I called them to see if I could still mail it out tomorrow and if the postal date was by the due date, it would not charge the late fee. They would not accommodate even the slightest and I cannot just drive and drop it off as I work the same time they do and they are 45 minutes from me. I don't think it would have been hard to accommodate people on this time period as they are the ones inconveniencing their customers. Now I am writing negative review and it's not even about the late fee as it isn't much. it's the principal of the matter.

I wish I could rate with negative stars. This company is a nothing but a scam, I’ve had to reach out to get my meter checked twice in less than 3 months because my bills are extremely high and it makes no sense. I dont have a pool and my sprinklers have been off almost 2 moths. They always say they will send someone to “check up” however they won’t let you know if someone went to your house, or when. Every step is a whole different process and long wait.

Set up my account on the 8/19. I never received the bill, now that I finally received my first piece of mail from Si it shows my account delinquent. How can I be delinquent if I never received mail from them? I called the company and they claimed they sent a bill on 8/21. So I called on the 19th, you read my meter on the 20th, then you sent me a bill for less than $1 on the 21st that I conveniently never received and you want to charge a late fee on it? Way to start a relationship with the customer on a bad foot. Your company feels scummy already, especially after my own experience and reading your reviews. Absolutely terrible company. Account number in the picture, just to show your responses are automated and that you truly don't care about your customers. Just saving face.
