Even though i am not a six rivers customer they helped me out over the phone when i had a scary problem!!
I have a victron system in my tiny house and it suddenly had charging issues— i could not reach victron or my installer so i reached out to them.
They were so amazing guiding me through the fix and explaining why this malfunction was happening.

We inquired with Six Rivers Solar in July of this year 2024, we started the process of paper work and financing in August. We were completely built out and fully functional by the end of September. They were so efficient, friendly, and educated us on how to use the system. I was uncertain if we could afford it when we went into the initial consultation and I was really pleasantly surprised that it’s way more accessible than most people would think. there have been so many times I came to six river solar and they actually came to my house before too which is 3 hours away and up a mountain! I have always counted on Dan the man he always does the job right and doesn’t leave until the job is done right. He has worked on off grid systems like no other and I would in a heart beat recommend them to everyone and will recommend them to the future new buyers of our home!! don’t listen to the low reviews some of these people you just can please. Excellent company! They put in our Solar System with backup battery for us and it works perfectly. No more worry about power outtages! Each evening during peak pricing hours we run our home off the battery. They had to wrangle with PG&E to get everything set up properly for us with the PG&E system. Highly recommend these folks! ?

Initially very friendly, the representative presented as helpful. After product installation, I was in contact looking for suggestions and support. Unfortunately , I received ambiguous answers and naysaying rather than helpful guidance/ information about my ideas regarding water heaters and fireplaces. Lots of not getting any responses via email- I’m deaf. I’m surprised and disappointed I gathered more useful information from laymen and random people I’ve interacted with. This seems to be a situation where, once the sale is made, hands are washed.
