I've been a loyal client of Skin Appeal Day Spa since 2011, and there’s no place like it. Even after moving to New Jersey in 2012, I make it a point to return to South Florida 2-3 times a year, specifically to see Betty. She is not only the sweetest and most gentle person, but also a true perfectionist at her craft. Betty’s expertise and caring nature make every visit feel like a luxurious escape.
The entire team at Skin Appeal is warm, gracious, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step through the door. But I have to give a special shout-out to Kim, the owner, for investing in the most amazing facial beds. These aren’t just any beds—they’re designed with plus-size women in mind, providing unmatched comfort and support. After Betty’s incredible treatments, these beds are another huge reason I keep coming back.
Skin Appeal Day Spa is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with kindness, care, and professionalism, look no further. Betty and the entire team at Skin Appeal are simply the best!

I recently visited your spa on March 4th for a massage and wanted to provide some honest feedback about my experience. While my therapist was very friendly and professional, I must say that the overall massage did not meet my expectations. Having had many massages over the years, I can recognize when a session is truly effective, and unfortunately, this one fell short for several reasons.

First, from a physical standpoint, the therapist was not the right fit for me. Her small stature made it difficult for her to maintain firm pressure throughout the session, and the height adjustment of the table caused my arm to touch the floor, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, while using warm towels to remove excess oil is standard practice, they were applied in a way that left the sheets damp, making the experience less comfortable.

I also opted for the hot stone treatment, but the stones were excessively hot, to the point where they felt like they were burning my skin. While I did not sustain any injury, the experience was jarring and unpleasant. Furthermore, when I transitioned to lying on my back, I was offered a pillow but not an eye covering, which is typically provided to enhance relaxation.

While I appreciate the therapist’s professionalism and kind demeanor, the overall experience did not reflect the level of expertise I would expect, especially given the cost of the session. Additionally, since my appointment was booked a week in advance, I would have hoped for better client-therapist matching to ensure an optimal experience.

I went in for a facial and “Char” helped me pick the right one for my skin. It was amazing!!!! She was amazing! I even received a foot and neck massage too! She discussed with me what I should be doing to keep my skin at its best! So I am now scheduled for my next appointment! My face and neck feel great! Can’t wait! This place is the best!!!

Today was my first visit to this beautiful day spa. I have waited a long time to splurge on the mani/pedi services that I booked on a Black Friday special. I enjoyed a very relaxing manicure and pedicure with Kelly, who was very lovely and knowledgeable. We had a pleasant conversation and her services were excellent. I love the chairs they have, especially for the pedicure service. There were three sections and they moved up and down so I did not have to hold my legs up at any time. Kelly was good at her massaging (my favorite part) and she recommended using the Dazzle Dry Polish which I have heard about but never used. She cut nails great and the creams were awesome. What a pleasure to not have to go under lights or wait for a full dry! This spa had a huge array of colors to choose from. Every staff member I encountered today, from reception to just chatting with Jeralyn about a future massage service, was so kind and caring and made me feel special. I am used to going to at spas and I will definitely be back for future services. The prices are a bit high for a regular pedicure and I am used to getting scrubs and heated towels on the legs, but every place has different procedures. It is definitely a great spa with nice employees. Thank you.
