It’s fun for kids but stressful for parents. In the play areas there is zero supervision. Kids are just sitting and jumping on/in everything. No staff are there to give order to areas that should have lines. And the staff working at the front all looked extremely young and disinterested in much other than probably finishing their shift.

Also, It’s loud af in there but that’s to be expected. Couldn’t even hear the person 2 feet away from my face trying to speak to me. Very echo-y. It’s also very stuffy inside. Must be a great place to catch something. Hope I didn’t. Zero masks if anyone cares.
The pizza they had there is really basic but I thought it was actually pretty tasty surprisingly. Anyways . Interesting experience and my niece and nephew had fun so that’s what matters most.

It is fun for the kids, BUT here me out:
The equipment desperately needs cleaning. The restroom condition is horrible every time we go, and it is far from acceptable . The front desk staff are nice, but no one is enforcing the obvious safety rules. For example, late teens play carelessly in toddler sections, and I had to get involved several times just to save my kids' lives. Again, my kids love this place, but we had to cancel our membership.

This one is sick. Probably one of the better skyzone locations in the area. It’s got some next level slides that remind me of a water park. Really good to being different ages of kids too. You’ve got a little kid area in the back plus the foam pit, mega tramp, basketball court, dodgeball, obstacle courses, plus the tramp games area. The stationary bike video games are awesome for kids with high sensory needs too.

Hillsboro location is terrific, super friendly and helpful check-in staff, spotless- floors, equipment, everything was clean. The place even smelled clean. Many staff on site to supervise. Several birthday party rooms. We have a been a few times and the Noise level is more balanced and not as frantic as at some other sites. Nice even and open floor space for grownups who want to walk around, but also plenty of comfy chairs too.

It's Christmas break 2024 and the park is packed. The staff are vigilant, proactive and polite. As an adult observer I appreciated the open layout, visibility and attention to safety. I was pleasantly surprised by the array and spacing for such a variety of play areas. The spacing and ease of access to walkways for parents and children was really nice. The couches are refreshing for a play area. I thought the age range would allow for the little ones to be overlooked but every interaction I saw was with cordial awareness and best behaviors. We had a fun time.

Took my 3 year old for the first time today. Midweek is the best time to go as it isn’t crowded. Got a membership as it wasn’t much more than a one day pass. Perfect way to let my little one run off some energy.

We've had a very bad experience with regards to how this place is running. Every single time we had a membership, it is impossible to cancel it through their online portal, can't get them on the phone, drive all the way to ask for them to do it upfront. We had this happening 3 times. Yesterday my wife and my son went there and behold, they charged twice instead of a kid and adult supervision. They won't help on the phone. You guessed it, drive all the way and asked them at the counter to fix THEIR mistake! never going back.

Update 2/9: I'm bumping my review up to a four star because I've consistently had a good experience the last five or six times. The employees were very friendly checking me in and are doing a good job moderating the kids. I'll be happy when the rectangular trampolines are open back up again with their new play feature.

Update 1/1: Unfortunately my son really missed this place despite my initial review so I bought an annual membership for him. I am updating from 1 star to 3 star because there seems to be more staff members at the big trampoline monitoring kids for safety. The last few times have been a pretty decent experience without issue. The two main rectangular trampolines are being remodeled so having those out is a bummer. Also, the slides are often too slow to really have fun with them. Sometimes I barely make it over the edge. I would be happy to update to 5 star if the following happens.

1. Need to remodel the bathroom so they don't always feel run down.
2. Need to keep the main tall slide and other slides fast and lubricated.
3. Need to finish the remodel of the rectangular trampolines so they can be used.
4. One thing I wish is if they took the foam pit area and made it a bunch of long trampolines you can jump from. Other skyzones are setup this way. It would be even more fun if there were things to jump over. The foam pit could be moved over to where the current small trampolines are. I've been to other skyzones and being able to jump from trampoline to trampoline diving over objects would be so much fun. The small trampolines just are not quite as fun.
5. Keep moderating kids to avoid fights.

I've been a member here for 10 months and my son has been assaulted twice by other kids. I filed reports but the club never did anything about it. I've been hesitant to keep my membership here because of their lack of accountability. After driving for 30 minutes through traffic to go jump, I showed up only to find that they closed the club for a private event. They did not bother to tell any of the members. My email is on record, and I get constant feedback surveys so I know they have it. I just canceled my membership because of how badly this club is managed. The place has a run down feel to it. I would not recommend this club to anyone.
