Many thanks to Tony, Jeff S., and Nick who were instrumental in troubleshooting our Wi-Fi connectivity issues. All three employees were fantastic, and Tony was in daily contact with me while the issue was being resolved. Nick came today and repaired two separate parts of the cable. SmartCity Fiber is fantastic! Love the Speed and the people are very nice to work with. I really like the fact that Upload and Download are both fast (some of the other companies limit the upload speed below your download speed which is not as responsive). My connection is stable and very fast. It is more responsive than any other Fiber service I’ve had. Pages are instantaneous. A special shout out to Chad our installer. His attention to detail made the installation in the garage look enterprise worthy.

Jeff S is absolutely amazing. He spent a lot longer at our place than I believe any of us thought He would. But he was so willing to help us and he did. As I said, Jeff is absolutely amazing. He is so knowledgeable about everything. We encountered a few obstacles, probably more difficult than I could explain, but he was able to overcome them all.
Overall, Jeff S is extremely professional, efficient, and I would highly recommend him to be even promoted. I’m talking about a promotion over other people because his personality lends itself to a good management postion. Truly showing a concern for Smart City’s, customers, and establishing a good reputation with Smart City customers to feel very confident in who they picked for their Internet.

By far the worse internet services I’ve had in my life. I’ve even lived country side 45 minutes from the closest city and this is still 10 times worse than that. Their internet service goes down every 15 minutes and then past 7PM it doesn’t down every 3 minutes. I will NEVER take them as a service provider ever again.

I've had Smart City for over 2 years now. I've had little service interruption compared to other internet providers I have had in the past. I recently moved and had some technical difficulties with my internet. After trying to problem-solve it myself, I called and had a technician sent out. Their technician arrived same day and fixed my problem in less than half an hour. Would recommend their service if you live in an area that they provided in.
