From the call to set up the appointment to when we had our evaluation, Smart Environmental Services was the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind service I've ever booked. Quick service and setup, keen attention to detail, and very courteous inside the home. (It felt as if they were a neighbor we had known for a long time.) Not only did they save us money regarding our asbestos, they gave us a wealth of helpful knowledge during our evaluation. I will call them for any further services on our home and recommend them 100 times over! Thanks again for helping our home be a safe place Mr. Pony and Smart Environmental Services!

Top notch team at Smart Environmental Services. Marie and Pony were exceptionally helpful and communicative in explaining everything. The team who helped removed the asbestos tile from our home was also superb. Very professional, fast, and efficient. Smart answered all of our questions and took our concerns seriously, and they also took the time to really help us understand the issues and priorities for removal and abatement. Truly phenomenal and we are so appreciative of their expertise.

Smart Environmental Services responded quickly to our request for an inspection for asbestos abatement. Pony explained everything and gave us options on testing and removal. Once we decided to move forward with the abatement we were scheduled in a reasonable time frame. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in the time frame I was given. Everyone was courteous and professional. Other even went above and beyond to make sure they left the house even cleaner than they found it. I also feel their price was reasonable for the work they performed. They also cracked a window in the attic by accident but they called me and already had someone scheduled to come a fix it before I even knew it had been broken. That’s Customer Service!!!! Can’t recommend Smart Environmental Services enough…if you need environmental services, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Smart Environmental Services did a stellar job cleaning up mold and lint in our ceiling as a result of a washing machine leak and detached dryer vent combo. It is now immaculate, the house smells better, and they did such a good job cleaning up after themselves, I couldn’t tell anyone had even been there. Highly recommended!!!!

We found a black mold on our baseboards in the basement and cut out the drywall and found more behind there. We called 4 companies, 3 who didn't even bother to return our calls. I was very concerned about being ripped off and having a crew tear out everything and charging us a fortune considering the "average" cost of $3K-$9K when I asked in a search engine. Marvin "Pony" Meyer came to our home and was very nice and informative and he told us that our problem wasn't serious enough and we could treat it ourselves with vinegar. He told my husband exactly what to do. Marvin made no money at all from us and was very honest. So if you're worried about being ripped off, you will not be with this company. The honesty and integrity are amazing!

They were wonderful. We needed asbestos tiles removed from a floor. I was referred to another local company that was impossible to get ahold of, wouldn't get back to me, etc. SMART called me back right away, fit me in the next day, all the workers were kind and professional and they were in/out in about 5 hours. I cannot recommend them enough.
