Smartwash system is a total mystery, even to its employees. Had two pickup visits for the same order; they never told me I had to pick the order up; I assumed it would be delivered. App and site very buggy. They might have charged me twice. I just want my cleaning back – I have to go a funeral!

They really need better attendants or workers on duty…I’ve never been to a laundromat where all they do it sit around…not clean the wet dirty floors! Have the nerves to say you can’t take the carts outside! It was my first and last visit!

Have dropped off laundry before and have been very satisfied. Today got a text at 12:30pm saying laundry ready for pickup..at 2:15pm ..NO ONE THERE AT PICK UP POINT!! WHY

Unsafe drivers, be careful out there, the smartwash trucks own the road and will smile and wave at you when they almost run you off the road, called and spoke to the manager who thought what I had to say was funny for some reason. I hope “asking him about it” turns into finding a driver who can share the road safely and not put people’s lives in danger over some laundry..

This laundromat has so much potential. You all need to keep up on the PEST control. Seen a few bugs walking around.

Never had any issues here. Always find a available and working machines. The process works smoothly (loading money onto a card and using that card in the machines). The staff are always very nice and helpful. I did drop off service once and it was affordable, quick, and well done.

It’s an up-to-date, clean laundromat BUT, THE AIR CONDITIONER IS EITHER ON VERY LOW OR DOESNT WORK! It be so hot in there that people be outside in their cars cooling off while they’re clothes are dry.
