This place is a dump. The property manager/Slumlord Brandon has very poor communication skills and an expired real estate license. The apartment was filthy when we moved in, even after we had to wait 2-3 weeks while it was “being cleaned”….this property is not taken care of, at all. Brandon does not visit but has tenants handle things and it’s a complete joke. For the amount of money this place is charging, they could afford to actually take care of this place. I left a well managed luxury apartment with a ton of amenities in Houston tx to move to Limon and paid the same amount in rent for this dump. The grass is never maintained. There are income based apartments directly infront of these and they are way nicer and much better taken care of! You’re better off staying in one of the motels in town than renting from these clowns.

This complex is disgusting and the owner and management is a joke. If you lease here make sure you see the actual unit you will be moving in to. After showing me one apartment, they tried to lease me another. When I showed up on my move in date it was inhabitable, dirty, and still had the previous tenant's furniture and drug paraphernalia.

Terrible management even though they just hired two new managers to supposedly help out. Will purposefully wait to notify you on anything money related until they rack up 1000+ dollars to try and drain your bank account and then claim that they didn't receive any of the payments you sent. Never gets to tenants about issues that need to be fixed that are reported by the tenant but will talk to you in an instant if you are a second behind on paying them any money that they are likely pocketing themselves instead of putting it to the apartments.

Never heard back from the manager of the apartments. Been trying to contact her or the corporation that owns the apartments for over a month with hardly any luck. I’ve seen from reviews on Facebook that repairs and maintenance are headaches trying to get accomplished. Which, considering that getting in touch with someone was hard enough, I’m honestly not surprised the service isn’t better actually living there.

My family has been here for almost a year and we love how quite and clean the property is. We did recently get a new property mgr and maintenance and they are doing a wonderful job trying to get everything caught back up to par. Wonderful community for a small town.
