Very very helpful associates! I came in with my kids and they were very helpful giving us to find stuff. I asked if I could buy a battery for my key fob and she went and got it for me and put it in for me as well. Very kind!

This place is very convenient and Vince keeps it running well. Jeff in the saw shop is excellent and well trained. Since they started stocking GRK fasteners, I would rather buy from them than the stores in Show Low, and they are closer. They don't have some of the items you will find in larger stores, but they can special order most anything if you plan ahead.

This store was remodeled a few years ago and a bunch of stuff was added! They have a little bit of everything you will definitely need! 😆

As I walked in the store and the first thing I see is a cashier loosely dressed sitting down behind the counter doom scrolling on her phone(I saw her screen). No greeting! I also walked pass another employee by the key desk spinning a stapler around on the desk as a fidget toy. No greeting. When I went to purchuse my items, the same cashier jumps out of her sit(keep on mind the other cashier was standing and greeting customers) to assist me. Yet she doesn't offer a bag for my items and returns to her seat. Ace Management? Why do you allow this? What a joke of a store.
