This laundry is always clean and tidy. There is staff present to help with any issues, but I’ve never had any issues. There’s a soda machine outside with canned sodas for just $1 and a snack machine located inside. A money changer machine is onsite to obtain quarters for machines. There are four big washers that will hold 5-6 loads and smaller washers as well. There are many dryers available and they work well. Soapy Joe’s has ample seating for customers and more than one tv to watch.

1 gave a 1 just beacuse there is no negative numbers on here to choose from.This place sucks. We had our bedding loading in the washer at 650pm. I went to the car to get the quarters. The attendant told me we would have to take our clothes out of the washer because she goes home at 8pm. She informed us there is another laundromat on 37. Needless to say it does not take an hour and 10 just to wash clothes. We have a dryer at home. Attendant was told we were only washing. She then locked 1 of the door. I will not go back there plus 1/2 of their machine had signs that said out of order. Pitiful way to do business. By the way we were there on 1-24-25 just in case her boss wants to know who is running off their business they can check the schedule. Kathy

This has gone down severely in the last years. The car washes are blocked off or don't work. Really like the soda machine outside and it doesn't work currently either.

Mother's Day Sunday May 14, 2023 10am visited today for the first time. This place is wonderful. The equipment was very fairly priced! Their dryers totally impressed me. Most laundry facilities are like feeding a SLOT MACHINE, NOT SO HERE! THANKS FOR THE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

Came by the night before at 6:12 pm, lady came out to parking lot and told me they were closed and she was going home at 7. Very inconvenient, would have been there earlier but had to buy some stuff at Wal-Mart. Had to make another trip back in to do my laundry next morning, had just enough time afterwards to come back home, unload, eat the sandwich I bought before leaving town, and go to work. MAKES FOR A VERY LONG TIRING DAY!!! I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMOER!

Half the machines were not working. Then one of the employees corned my children and took toys away from them. Without even trying to talk to me about what the supposed problem was. When I confronted her she made up some excuse. But then continued to be harassing towards small children.
