Needed to have someone from the Gas company come out and assist with the water heater today and a young man by the name of Miguel Camacho came out and not only was his demeanor exceptional but his attitude and personality were on point !! He was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely assertive !! He was polite and did such an amazing job explaining how to be safe when around the appliance .. very impressed !! You do not get many employees to take the time and energy to be effective with their jobs and this individual really takes pride in his job, that’s a rare quality to find in any employee now a days !! He deserves a raise and a promotion!! He served my home in the city of Ontario Ca !! Thank You again !!! Tanya

I can’t believe you guys will make anyone wait for a week to get service. I have a baby and I have to cook for him not only that but both my husband and I work 6 days a week and need to take a shower obviously. How can you guys be so understaffed. I gave management permission to open the door for you guys because I wouldn’t be home and they said no one ever came by the office to ask. So I assume you guys just knocked on the door when I had told you that I wouldn’t be home. This is ridiculous I wish I had a choice of companies to get service I would definitely not chose you.

They are a horrible and corrupt agency. I tried to get them to turn in our heater. They scheduled a long 5-hour appointment window, and then lied about coming to my home. No apologies or attempt to get me rescheduled the next business day. They told me to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Oh, and then they’ll excuse themselves by saying their service calls are free, so you have to wait for free service. Excuse me. It’s not free considering I pay my bills 12 times a year.

This service is wonderful the representatives are very pleasant A+ would be if the automation to pay your gas with your debit card would make it over the top please find a way to keep it working and allow us to pay with a debit card for those who have to work two or more jobs thank you

It's soooooo bad service! I try to turn on the gas and need to wait 16 days after I move into apartment! And I can't do anything even take a shower or wash clothes!
