Company rep showed up at my Back door. We have had 2 days of hard rain and is extremely muddy adobe dirt. He had chosen to drive around my house on a gravel road just finished the day before the rain creating 5" ruts, instead of parking where the other cars are parked at the front of my house. I told him three times no soliciting. Each time he said he wasn't selling anything. He kept talking about tax breaks and power, never stating who he was with. I finally told him to leave. He laughed and walked off. I looked up the company and called the owner. No offer to repair the driveway. Simply a statement that he would talk to him. I don't believe in unsolicited sales people randomly showing up at a private residence.

.From my experience-
The payment process explained and agreed upon during the hiring process dramatically changed when it came time to collect from SOCO. I was told 50% upfront for closes and the remaining 50% at install (which would be 2-6 weeks due to local roofing contractors and materials being kept in house)
But when time came to collect I was ignored or cast off, finally being told by Taylor Nowell that they actually don’t pay the second half until they have received payment from the customers regardless of install date (which can be months down the road, he also told me he would be keeping my final paycheck because I had quit, which I had not)
The following day I received an email stating I was terminated along with a portion of my final paycheck.
