Disappointed and Frustrated
I’ve had a very frustrating experience living at Solair Coconut Creek, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

First and foremost, the parking situation is terrible. There are always people parking here who clearly don’t live in the complex, and yet if you’re forced to park by the curb because there’s no space, they’ll boot your car and charge you $100. This can happen multiple times a week—it’s beyond unreasonable.

The complex seems to have no standards for screening residents, which has led to a decline in the community’s quality. The smell of marijuana fills the air at night, which makes it unpleasant to even walk around the property.

To make matters worse, there’s a lack of proper security. One night, someone broke into my truck, went through all my belongings, and even stole my golf clubs. Management doesn’t seem to prioritize resident safety, and I’ve lost trust in their ability to handle these issues.

I will definitely not be renewing my lease. If you’re considering moving here, I’d recommend thinking twice—there are better options out there.

Dear Solaire Management Team,
This is the third time I have written to you and you have never responded.

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the ongoing parking situation at our residence. As a tenant with one car included in my lease, I find it increasingly difficult to secure a parking space close to my building after 7 PM.

While I understand that residents are entitled to have visitors who also need parking, it has become apparent that this practice is compromising the availability of spaces for residents like myself. Despite my consistent payment of rent and obligations, I often come home to find no available parking.

In places where parking spaces are limited, one vehicle per unit is prioritized, then parking is guaranteed for the other vehicles in each apartment, and finally for visitors to the residents.

Previously, I addressed this issue with the management team, and it was conveyed to me and my wife that there were no immediate solutions available. However, it is clear to us that this is a management issue that needs to be addressed. By prioritizing visitor parking, the needs of residents are being overlooked.

Personally, I think that you are not interested in evaluating a solution to this matter and it is something that is making me reconsider extending my contract next year.

I hope you understand the urgency of this matter and the dissatisfaction that this generates for me as a tenant and will consider implementing a more balanced approach to parking that accommodates both residents and their guests.

Nov 2024 UPDATE:
Parking is still a nightmare. The neighbors across continue to use their garages as storage which clearly it states in our leases that is not allowed. So why aren’t they being fined?
Also… they keep their garage open during the day and you can clearly see all the junk they store there. It looks like a flea market. I saw one of the ladies from the office was there and saw it. So I am not sure why they allow it. It’s ridiculous. They have like cars and don’t park their cars in their garage.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE here. I arrive home around 6:30 and no parking. I should not have to park all the way where the trash is. Especially as a woman walking late at night and having to go trough gates to get to my place. It’s insane. No parking due to everyone who has a garage and doesn’t park in their garage. It’s ridiculous. I’ve taken pictures of garages and sent to the office. Everyone utilizes them for storage or work space. I have neighbors with 4 plus cars. 2 of those cars do not have red stickers. All residents with garages should have red stickers. They need to re do the parking and distribute new parking decals to make sure everyone has the correct stickers.
We need assigned parking. 2 per unit. And everyone else should park where else is available. Every other community has assigned parking. And then visitor parking.

I will be contacting corporate about this matter. I suggest other residents follow.

Do not move into this place. They will boot your car with no warning as they are partnered with a predatory booting and towing agency. Im sure there is a side deal going on with how many cars are booted.
I WILL NOT be renewing my lease and i hope no one else comes to live here and has to deal with this nonsense. They treat you like trash and since i diligently pay all my bills on time as i should i wish they had a better way to deal with tenants with issues. I am disgusted with this “luxury “ apartment complex. BEWARE everything is a scammy money grab.

The parking situation is a nightmare.
I have been living here for 5 months and finding a parking space after 7 pm is a problem everyday. The only available spaces are far from my building or inaccessible when it is raining (flooded).
I have send email and talked to management about this issue, they said they could not do anything about it although it is clearly a management situation. There are apartments with more than 2 cars, the door is rarely closed, and visitors can park wherever they want. Parking is the only downside of otherwise a really nice community to live in.

This place is wonderful complex and good for the price. The staff are amazing and you live in luxury. I honestly have no complaints. But I do wanna give someone recognition that they deserve. First of all, the staff are so amazing and so nice but there is one person in particular I wanna give recognition. Her name is Elizabeth and she is so nice and I feel she does her job perfectly. Her presence makes me want to smile because she is so welcoming.

As new residents of Solaire, our move-in experience has been a pleasure. From our initial visit and tour with Ellie until today, we have been very impressed with management and the community. The apartment is in great shape and the grounds are very well maintained - & we appreciate the warm welcome we've received from Solaire's staff & residents. Highly recommend.
