Notably, the customers system incorporated bird netting around each array, which was removed but not replaced. On top of that, as a solar company, one would anticipate that they would address the cracked electrical riser at the main panel. Please do your research before proceeding with big projects like this for your home. Also my customer paid over $900 for her solar cleaning, pigeon infestation removal, and solar bird netting to be installed and was removed and never reinstalled. That’s not how you run a business.

Tesla owns my system (not my choice) and wanted $2,800 to remove 2 panels and then another $5,800 to put them back! Ultimately I decided to purchase an entire new roof so I needed 25 panels removed/put back. Can you imagine?!!!! Solar Detach & Reset are Tesla-certified and did the entire job for less than putting 2 panels back! They were very communicative, came out to the house to give me an accurate quote and we scheduled the same day for a future date convenient for me. They worked directly with my roofing company (and were a recommendation from them as well) so everything schedule-wise, was seamless. Glad I went with them - had a good vibe from the beginning. Went off without a hitch and now I not only have a new roof but also have 25 clean and shiny solar panels. Thanks you guys!

The 3 person crew arrived alittle early, Introduced themselves, briefly told us what to expect & asked if we had any questions. All 3 members of the crew were very profesional & courteous
They worked quickly and carefully. They took great care of our solar panels, reattached them to my new roof, cleaned them, reconnected them & verified they were all working properly with the converter.

I initially was impressed by the service I received, particularly how the Solar Detach and Reset coordinated with the roofing company. I even wrote a 5-star review. However, there were some quality issues with the reset that went unaddressed. I texted the company and had a phone call, during which they asked that I climb on my roof and send photos of the issues. For multiple reasons, it seemed like maybe not the greatest idea for me to do that. It became clear that no one was coming out to check on my concerns, so I paid another contractor to do that job for me. I sent the results via the website and via email with no response. I sent a traditional letter via certified mail, the delivery of which Solar Detach and Reset refused. It's possible they didn't register one or two of these attempts to communicate, but all of them? I'm sure there are good people there doing good work, but I would only recommend this company to someone with the capacity to oversee the work and the cash on hand or expertise to fix it themselves.
