Very negative experience. Bad communication and overall handling the estimate process. Met them at a trade show, but they have proven to be unreliable. Came on site with the wrong estimator, and booked for another appointment where the roofer didn't show up because according to them they needed a liability release of some sort for the roofer to give me an estimate. Never heard that before, are they licensed? do they carry insurance? very strange. Plus they promised little gifts for agreeing to have them give you an estimate but they didn't deliver that.
My impression, not a reputable company.

From the moment I opened my door to Adrian, my Solar Energy Collective representative, my experience with this company has been very positive. SEC has a package where I was able to get a new roof and solar. I am a senior citizen and they answered every question so I understood. Everyone I delt with was very friendly and profesisonal. I recommend SEC, a 5 Star Company.

For customer service satisfaction one star is too much. Have two phone numbers and NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO CALL BACK ON MULTIPLE MESSAGES.
Before you buy do more research than I and leave this company OFF your list!

I've had 3 non-working panels for 2 years and can't get them fixed. Customer support is non-existent. If I could give negative stars, I would.
