From explaining the benefits of solar, to setting up our payments, and coordinating the installation, everything was smooth and easy. We love our solar panels and the savings on our energy bill is incredible! Plus, next year they will provide support to redeem the Federal tax credits. Highly recommended!!

SEP was amazing for us. Specifically, Braden who managed the entire process and sold us on making the switch. He kept us informed, and straightforward with the true costs and benefits. Gave a conservative timeline that was beaten by months.He offered to pay for a CPA to ensure the tax incentives are properly claimed that really make the switch worth it (found out it was out of his commission). did an incredible job informing us without any hyperbole or pressure to buy, and still checks in every so often to make sure we’re all good! SEP has a 25 year warranty on the panels and also will pay you back for energy production below what was stated in our quote during that time. Highly recommend!

I was super skeptical about the decision to add solar to the house. Braden was incredibly knowledgeable and effectively explained and laid out the benefits. He had the upfront answers and followed up quickly with additional information that was asked. He stayed close to the project and maintained communications between the project management group at Solar Energy Partners, financing, installation, and provided a benefit planner for future tax deduction. Coupled with an energy assessment, insulating attic spaces, installing a roof mount power vent, and main panel upgrade included in the price. He was outstandingly professional and is still following up on system status and operations!

Solar Energy Partners is the company that you MUST use when deciding on a solar system and you absolutely need to request Braden.

If you are considering this company, please also check Yelp for a more balanced perspective. Our own experience is this company is SO INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE! A young man dressed in a construction vest and carrying paperwork with the Xcel energy logo came to the house after hours (around 7 pm) and led my husband to believe that he worked for Xcel energy and needed to talk to the 'owner of the house' about the new Xcel meter and making sure the household was reimbursed for the increase in cost. Only after asking some very pointed questions did he finally acknowledge that he did not work for Xcel and that he was trying to sell solar panels for SEP. Wow. How can you begin to trust a company that uses such bold deception right out of the gate? We were absolutely appalled.

I have nothing but good things to say about SEP, especially Brett. He's done a great job, provided excellent customer service, and was with us every step of the way! I highly recommend asking for Brett with SEP if you are considering going solar. Every other contractor and team member that worked on our project was highly professional and explained everything as thoroughly as possible.
