I searched for a local certified installer for a home Tesla Charger and found Alexie with excellent reviews. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend his services. We hired Aleksei to replace our old solar panels which were over 15 years old, had reached the end of their service life and were exhibiting significantly degraded performance.

From the moment we met Aleksei, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable with respect to every aspect of solar panel engineering. He also clearly understood the pros and cons of the various choices that a customer faces when contemplating new or replacement panels and was very effective at outlining the benefits and pitfalls of various options in a way that made sense both to me, who had more general questions, and my husband who had interest in understanding a lot more technical details and nuance. Alexsei reviewed several options with us, highlighting and contrasting the pros and cons of each option very clearly. He didn’t try to “sell” us on a choice but professionally answered all the questions we had. Once we made our choice, the removal of the old panels and installation of the new panels was swift and seamless. He cleaned up a bit of mess created when a family of rats decided to make their home under the old panels and fabricated a neat enclosure to keep them out in the future. There wasn’t a single issue or challenge Alexsei didn’t approach with impressive expertise and creative problem-solving. During the installation we received an email from Tesla who had installed our power walls approximately 3 years previously. Tesla had failed to complete the necessary paperwork, leaving their work “unapproved” by PGE. Aleksei offered to secure the missing approval along with the approvals he would get for the newly installed panels. Sounded simple, but it wasn’t. As we went around and around with Tesla, Aleksei maintained his signature calm and professionalism. It took quite some time…but he never backed away from getting all the final approvals and make it painless for us.

I had a great experience working with Aleksei for EV charger installation. He is very responsible and competent professional. Everything was in time. He explained all details and steps of the project and it helped me a lot not worry about it. Aleksei did all paperwork for getting permits and finally project has been fully approved by city. I’d get back to Aleksei for all my electrician project in the future.

Aleksei installed new solar panels to augment our existing array and a Wallbox charge station. In both cases there were unanticipated complications and Aleksei responded immediately, addressing the issues perfectly and quickly. The work was outstanding.

I needed to temporarily remove my rooftop solar while the roof was being replaced. Aleksei from Solar Engineering worked with my roofer to get the standoffs that the roofer wanted, and he showed up on time to do both the removal and reinstallation. Both of these went off without a hitch, and the system is back up and running! He's also super responsive to email, which made it much easier.

Aleksei installed solar panels, batteries, a new subpanel, and an EV charger for me. He was able to finish this work in less than a week, with no major problems at all very competitive price. There was great work, great communication, and he got all the paperwork through the city and PGE in a short amount of time. Highly recommended!
