Wonderful folks to work with from sales people, administrators, billing and installation team. Very courteous and informative with detailed instructions and warranties. They had our entire system up and running within a week (after city any GRU approval process) despite two days of rain that postponed work. It is now functioning very well with a nice daily production of photovoltaic electricity.
Also easy to monitor via the Tesla app on our I-phones.

I am very happy with the products and installation process of my new solar system. It is working great and saving me money. They listen to your questions, requests and needs and work with you to get you to a system you are completely happy with. I went back to them again when I needed more battery back-up for my system and they did a great job with that as well. Would highly recommend Solar Impact to anyone looking to go solar.

Dealing with Solar Impact staff and personnel has been MOSTLY a pleasure. If I could give them 4.5 I would. I can’t give 5 stars simply because things that I’ve discussed with them during the installation process could have been smoother. Our main issues were with a few of the installers and scheduling. The entire installation process took about a year, which were due to some factors out of their control. All that said we are very happy with the final product and really looking forward to seeing what impact this investment has on our power bill.

Solar Impact did great work installing 17 panels and solar system on our house in Haile.
All seems good with the system and we feel comfortable in contacting their technicians any time to tweak the system if necessary. Solar Impact staff, co-owners I believe, are excellent. Very personable, fun to work with. The only downside was the time required for the company to complete the installation (Covid supply chain issues) as well as extended time it took for GRU to install their meter which hooked us into the grid. Overall we’re very happy with our decision to contract with Solar Impact.

Our work with Solar Impact was for the installation of a total solar and battery system for our new house under construction. The install was a bit shaky. New construction doesn't seem to be their norm. The project manager was new and didn't know what to do. I had to pull our builder, electrician and Solar Impact together. That said, the final product seems to work well. Monthly, we generate 2 to 4 times the amount of power that we use. We will add an EV next year.

What can I say... This was one of the best decisions you can make. From the get-go the staff was professional and personable and made us aware each step of the way. The panels were installed yesterday and we had anywhere from 2 to 8 people working on the panels, the electrical, measuring and pretty much everything. Everyone one was hard working, professional and hardly ever took breaks. They worked non-stop from when they arrived to when they were finished. Hands down an all around great team. Not one complaint! I recommend this incredible company of professionals.

Solar Impact is the best out there. Period.

Everyone I have encountered has been professional, intelligent, and kind. They were very easy to work with. Hats off to Bryan, Richie, and Brian. They installed my 10-kw system on time and with in budget. Very straight forward. You can tell that they like what they do for a living.

I had several companies come out to my home to bid on my solar project. Solar Impact was the only one that got on my roof. They got the drone out too. They took the time to analyze and customize to my specific solar needs. I did not feel like a number and was never pushed to purchase other products, or to sign a contract until I was ready to commit.

Before we started with the project they explained both the technical and financial aspects very well which helped us make good and informed decisions. Installation was done quickly and with attention to detail. After the system was online they helped us in the application process for rebates and grants. They continue to monitor the output and alert us about any problems. After our first year of operation we can testify that Solar Impact's prediction of annual yield was right on the mark.
