Be wary of this group if they damage your property they won’t stand behind there work and fix anything the workers dropped a ladder on my window it did not break my window but broke the frame of the window they sent out a handyman and he decided coaking it would fix it the manager and the owner are telling me there not gonna fix it and now leaves me having to replace my window if you finance your loan make sure they fix and damages before making any payments or signing off on it it’s Ben a year now and the company has yet tried making the situation right for the customer no matter how many times I’ve called the owner or manager or even disputed it with the lender they will not rectify the issue

Otherwise the solar panels themselves are working fine and have had no issues even when my WiFi got disconnected they were quick on fixing it just hope that the installers don’t damage your property otherwise your stuck dealing with it

Don’t buy solars from this company! I barely ever leave a bad review unless it is needed! We lost power last week due to hurricane Milton. I called the company multiple times because I was having issues with my solar and anything I would connect to the outlet would trip. It didn’t matter if it was a phone charger, tv, fan or even a fridge. Each time I would call they would give me a lame excuse of why it’s not working. Finally someone ended up coming on Friday morning to take a look at the system. Reset it, which my husband had done MULTIPLE times! They said someone would come Saturday morning at 10am. We got power back Friday evening. And the technician instead of calling us on Saturday to let us know he wasn’t coming, I had to call to find out that he assumed we didn’t any more help. What is the point of paying for solar if we didn’t even get to use it once during the hurricane. I am 9 months pregnant and needing our solar during a time of need was very important but the company did not even care. I will never buy solar from this company again! And I don’t recommend anyone to do so either! Stay away and save your money! They said someone was going to call me Monday to have a technician to come and still have not heard anything! Their sales people lie to sell you their product. This company is irresponsible, lairs, and unfortunately the worst!

Solar installers of Florida are 100% legit and very professional when it comes to making a customer happy. They have the right personnel and equipment to get the job done right the first time. The crew show up early than expected and began to work even thou it starting raining for a little bit they still continue moving forward and working hard to get the job done in a timely manner...Very respectful, caring , understandable, knowledgeable and detail crew. I'm very satisfied with the job they did with my solar panels installation back in Nov. 2022 when I just had recently replaced my roof. It was perfect timing and excellent outcome. Not only you save money but also makes your Roof looks beautiful and sharp.....Ever since, I never had a problem with anything whatsoever. I truly highly recommend Solar installers of Florida to future residents. They won't let you down and they also could help you with other remodeling around your home, (interior or exterior especially tree trimming if they have to do it in order to give u 120% of the Sun energy you possibly can get to continue saving money and enjoy life with a peaceful and stress free set of mind......is a good investment you won't regret......?......?

Avoid Solar Installer of Florida Company at All Costs!

I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Solar Installer of Florida Company. My experience with them was nothing short of awful:

1.This company trespassed on my property while working on a neighbor’s project. They left behind debris and did not clean up, even though my property had nothing to do with their work. When I contacted them about this, they promised to call back but never did. When I visited their office to discuss the matter, they threatened to call the police instead of addressing the issue. They falsely claimed that the HOA approved the installation, but the HOA confirmed they did not give them permission to work on my property.
2.Language Barrier:When I tried to lodge a complaint, none of the representatives spoke English, making communication nearly impossible. This severely hindered any attempt to resolve the problems.
3. Poor Customer Service:They rarely returned calls, and when they did, the representatives were rude and dismissive. No real solutions or apologies were offered.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company and seek out a reputable, law-abiding solar company.
