Our heater was not working. The technicians quickly determined that a sensor needed replacing. Within 15 minutes they were on their way and our pool heater was working. They were competent, efficient and very friendly!

The 2 team work crew got to our home at 1:00 p.m. and the job was completed only 2.5 hours later. They were clean and efficient. We could not have been more satisfied with job! After the job was complete, as they left, it began to pour rain, and there were no leaks!!

This company is top notch. Brenda that took my call was super friendly and accommodating. Squeezed me in the next day!!
Gave me the service call amount and possible additional costs.
The service tech Kobe was awesome. Very pleasant when he arrived. Got to work replacing a cracked 90 degree fitting. Checked and tested the entire system and reviewed everything with me.
It’s rare you find companies that are this customer focused these days. These guys definitely set the bar!

This review is for installation day. The crew was professional and on time. The job was completed in the time frame promised. The best part, though, was the explanation I received concerning how to use the system. This was followed up with an email with user manuals from their main office. Job well done!
