We had a phenomenal experience so far with Solar Max. After years of people coming to our door, I decided to contact Solar Max since they were a local family owned company. Our sales person was Mike Mohr, who worked around our busy schedule and came to our house after our work day to go over all the details of solar since we were just starting the process. He educated us and took the time to explain everything in a way that we were able to understand. Mike talked about how we could save some money by upgrading our hot water heater to a hybrid, and he worked that into the project. He was very understanding and personable, which helped as we have two toddlers who were running around and interrupting our meeting with him.

As soon as we signed the contract, they went right to work to get the permit from the city of Pinellas Park, and installed the water heater immediately. The permit was approved in under 2 weeks, and they scheduled install for a few days later. The install team was phenomenal and respectful of our property. They cleaned up throughout the install and at the end of the day you never knew they were there.

The panels started producing power immediately and we love our Tesla Powerwall 3 for battery backup. We are only waiting for the final inspection and Duke to change the meter for net metering. If you are even thinking about Solar, contact Mike! I cannot recommend him enough. Stop wasting your money with Duke Energy and start generating your own power and have the peace of mind of having power during any outages. Mention my name if you decide to go Solar with Solar Max because they have a wonderful referral program too. 😊

I had a very good experience with their service department. I recently had some damage due to Hurricane Helene. The system was installed by Tesla, but it was going to be about 6 months before Tesla could even send someone to look at the system.

Kat at SolarMax was very helpful and communicated regularly on status updates. I would recomend them for solar service/repair and will definitely consider them if/when I need any new services or equipment.

I've been very impressed with the workers' craftsmanship from start to finish. There lead Mike Morh who showed his expertise in the value for best interest of the homeowner. Ensuring every step of the way. Giving us updates by his office, texts and email. His knowledge was the key in having the roof restored and adding SolarMax to the equation was a home run. We were stormed with hurricane Ian, it was a deadly and extremely destructive Category 5. We were lost in the beginning and figured out our options through the experience. I commend SolarMax and RidgeMax on their excellence work. I highly recommend to friends, relatives and neighbors the value of their company. Plus, I have a very happy wife now. Amazing work! David provided high quality electrical service for a Generator backup system install as well as the actual Generator. We just purchased a home with a Solar Max system. There have been a few things to work thru in the transition and their customer service has been the best it could be.
