Was a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and helped with our endless questions! Mitch made sure we knew the process from start to finish and really made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in solar!

Mitch was our rep from Solar Optimum. And what a breath of fresh air he was compared to all the other agents we dealt with. There was no pressure, he called us once to ask if we had any questions after he emailed their proposal. After that we only communicated through email and only if he had a change in price or if we had additional questions. Everyone else was hurry up and sign. His no pressure approach made us feel very comfortable with him and the company. Would definitely recommend him for any dealings.

We worked with Mitchell regarding setting up solar. We moved into our house in April of 2023 and have been bombarded with solar people coming to our home. We looked into 9 different companies, and I found Solar optimum and called them (they didn't bother us which was a huge plus) and got info. We did a TON of research for months on end. Making sure the amount of panels we bought would be accurate for our home and our usage, the company we would use was reliable and worth the money, and that it would be be beneficial to buy for our family. Solar optimum gave us the best bang for our buck. The quality in their panels, the warranties, and the price was 10 x better than the 9 other companies we got info and quotes from. On top of that, Mitchell was extremely honest and helpful with us! We wanted to add 10 more panels to our home due to future plans and he told us that with what he quoted us it took in all of our future plans into account and that us buying more panels would not benefit us at all. The fact that someone who is making a sale tells you that is HUGE! All in all, we went with solar optimum because of the value it provides compared to other companies and because of Mitchell! We haven't gotten them installed as of yet and will do a follow up review after installation and when it's working. But all in all, so far we have been beyond happy with our initial start up of solar. So thank you Mitchell for all you do! Solar Optimum is very lucky to have you!
