Got solar & battery installed. The whole process took about 2 months from initial meeting to being operational. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable Steve was, how fast everything went, the fact that there were no surprises, how professional everyone was, and how responsive Steve has been. Steve even remembered to bring the mounting bracket along with a letter from the shingles manufacturer saying the lifetime warranty on my new roof will not be void using this specific bracket. The pricing was slightly better than other alternatives I explored. Would highly recommend.

We have an old, non-conforming tile roof. We were at a loss as to whom or where we should turn for solar. Steve was recommended and came up with a very workable solution. He removed 950 square feet of tile and installed composition shingles, upon which he mounted the panels. To see the roof and panels you would never know that are are two different types of roofing materials. The job was completed in less than 2-1/2 days! Steve handled the permits and PG&E hookups. From our first meeting with Steve to when the system was turned on, Steve kept us informed on each phase of the installation. Before our initial meeting, Steve completed a thorough analysis of our electrical needs; present & future, to enable him to configure the most optimal panel configuration for our house, i.e. type of roof, exposure to sun, orientation of house, future electrical usage, etc. We have friends whose installers didn't do this critical analysis and ended up with systems that were inadequate.

The whole project was seamless and hassle free from start to finish as Steve handled everything, i.e. permits, inspections & coordination with PGE. Email and phone communications with Steve were always responded to expeditiously. The project was completed on time, with only a minor hiccup that was beyond Solar Pro's control. Without any reservations, we highly recommend Steve and Solar Pro.

I gotta say that Steve and his crew did a flawless job adding solar to our home. He was thorough, honest and fair in his bid. He saw that we have a TPO roof and let us know that he will need to bring in a roofer that specializes in TPO roofs to put a boot over the bolts holding the framing to my roof, so we don't get leaks. The other big solar company we got a bid from said nothing about that. Also, when I calculated the cost per panel, Solar Pro was better priced!
Steve took care of everything from drawing up the plans, getting city permits, working with PG&E, and passing the final inspection. His team also noticed that the flashing the prior roofing company put down had rusted through. Steve was able to help out and get a reasonable bid from the roofing company that he works with to replace the flashing with one that was protected with a TPO covering. Make you solar decision simple and go with Solar Pro! We're extremely happy having worked with Solar Pro for installation of our solar panels and roof repairs. From start to finish, Steve made the experience was customer focused. I obtained about 5 bids, and Solar Pro was competitive, but importantly I had the most confidence in selecting them for such an investment. Steve made sure everything met or exceeded our expectations, and explained in detail of the components and the advantages of Solar Pro. Even including the brackets (which no one else mentioned, but I did have questions about). During installation it became obvious that we would see more of the panels and brackets from the front of the house than we expected. Steve worked with us to adjust the plan so that we would still get excellent production but not see any part of the panels form the front. So glad we went with Solar Pro!
