This is a no-brainer, win-win for anyone who values the environment and wants to save money! Customer service has been top-notch and I've saved $108 on my utility bills this summer. There's no catch. Your savings won't disappear after some time / introductory period - a common misperception. It's easy to sign up, you'll see your solar credits on your National Grid bill and you'll pay Solar Simplified directly for the supply charges (which are guaranteed to be 10% less). I'm so glad I made the switch! I hope everyone jumps on the community solar bandwagon sooner than later and starts making a positive difference in more ways than one!

Getting a 10% discount helps on the electric bill but its no great windfall. The companys billing practices are a point of contention, it took 3 months to get the double billing stopped when the Solar power bill was all ready applied to my normal utility provider so the 10% discount hardly makes up for the headache

Annie could not have been more patient and willing to help. She listened carefully to my problem and worked to either make me understand the situation or to help solve it. She is an asset to Solar Simplified. When I called, I was ready to discontinue my connection with Solar Simplified. Now, I am happy to continue with your company.

I signed up with Solar Simplified last October but it took quite awhile for the solar credits to be acknowledged by my electric company. I called Solar Simplified quite a few times to see what the holdup was as well as the electric company. The folks at Solar Simplified were knowledgeable, patient and gracious as we tried to figure things out. Special thanks to Annie for all her help. Thankfully all is finally squared away.
