Solar Source has been an excellent partner in designing and installing a high quality photo-voltaic (PV) and battery storage system. Our desire was to build a system that would essentially freeze our cost of electricity for the future. Even if FPL manages to eliminate Net Metering through the Public Service Commission we should be able to store energy in the batteries during peak production and draw on that stored energy during our times of peak usage. The batteries also will provide power during outages that will probably become more frequent and more intense storms in the future.

Our salesperson, Bryan, was great to work with. He has 10 years of experience in installation of solar systems, and many years in sales. He is attentive and responsive, especially in working issues out within the company itself. Don't kid yourself, there are issues that will come up because these are complicated systems and you will need a company that is dedicated to their customers' satisfaction.

Our installation team of Steve and Cory spent several days on installation and connection of the system, including panels, batteries, gateway (transfer switch), rewiring the electrical panels and interfacing to the power line. What resulted was a showcase of equipment mounted on our garage wall. They definitely take pride in their work and are happy to discuss what is being done during the installation. We're looking forward to their return for the commissioning of the system so we start generating and storing and time shifting our solar energy.

We had a good experience working with Solar Source. Their very knowledgeable sales representative Kevin Crow helped us with an initial system design, then the engineering team worked directly with me to maximize the system output. On installation day the crew quickly and efficiently installed the bulk of the system up to the main electrical panel. Steve, the installation electrician, and his team addressed all electrical challenges and permit inspector requests to minimize delays getting through to the TECO sign off allowing power grid connection. The Solar Source team are true professionals who work hard to give you the best service possible. They can design and build a solar system custom fit to your unique needs. I highly recommend them.

I had a major problem with my solar hot water heater that was leaking on my roof. I have a spinal procedure then a seizure behind it. When I spoke to one the of managers at Solar Source. I information him what was going on. He had me to send him pictures so he could talked me through how to shut the solar part down correctly and get the water back on. Solar Source sent out 2 of their men to take a look at my Solar Hot Water Heater. They informed me that I did not have a leak internally because my garage ceiling started to crack in places and trying to come down. They also informed me of another problem that Mr Sparky did not do it correctly They spoke the one the Representatives that works for Mister Sparky company to inform them what their problem was. Mister Sparky will be coming out on Monday to correct their problem thank so much Mister Sparky. I truly do appreciate it. They will be notifying the manufacturer who put the solar panel on my roof so a new one can be shipped out to them. I'm so thankful I was given this company information to contact. They have saved me. They will be getting the job to do the install. I have ask for manager to please call me so I can call to see if I can the other company would pay them to do repairs and do the of Solar Hot Water Heater once it comes in. Thank You Solar Source for being such a blessing to me. I'm looking forward to doing business with you. You guys went over and beyond to help a person who really needed it. You sent someone to home knowing what my situation was. I can't say how much so I'm thankful for another to give me your contact information. Sales (Brian) was great giving all the details about all the specs and technical details that we asked, and we signed up right away, feeling good about the interaction and details that we received, clearing all our questions.
The installation team (George and Jerry) were particularly good and knowledgeable. Took the time, worked patiently, and answered questions and explained what they were doing and why. Completed job on time and tested the system to make sure all is well before they left.

He took the time to guide me on what to look for. I truly appreciated their promptness in resolving my issue. They are a very reliable Solar Company if you are looking into Solar Panels. My electric bill is only 45 dollars per month, down from 350+ that I used to pay. Solar Panels are definitely worth the investment.
