I was surprised how easy it was to get the processed started. Sal walked me through the process and explained how it works. I have seen a tremendous drop in my electric bill. Sal continues to follow up and make sure the process is great. I have been approached several times since I have been in my home the last 30 years but no one made it make sense like he did and that is why I finally joined the solar family.

Solar seemed to be working great at 1st then 4 months ago was not producing any power. Someone came out when no one was home and said they swapped the inverter but we cannot connect via the app to see what is being produced. Have made multiple calls and have been told someone would come out to see what was going on but no one ever shows up. Very frustrating to be paying for something that you don’t even know if it’s working properly or not. Cannot leave voicemails cause it just hangs up on you after telling you to leave a message. Also not thrilled to find out they have a lien on my house which was not explained during the initial sale of the solar. Very unhappy overall with the situation.

BEST DECISION I'VE MADE...I don't know what the one bad review is all about they didn't even get the solar. I've had my unit for over a year now. Every month I have more money in my account... that's it. No questions about it. More money for me and my family every month.

This company will get a sell no matter what. Worst decision I’ve ever made. Now I’m paying a loan on the solar panels, water and sewage, which is basically equal to the same bill I’ve always paid. Thanks for drilling holes in my roof.

We were so "on the fence" about going with roof top solar, but after month eight, I so wish we had done it much sooner! I much prefer paying for something I own rather that paying each month to the utility. My wife's biggest reservation was about aesthetics... and after the install was complete she could not have been more pleased with the job that Chris and the team at Solar Specialists did with our solar plant... The one thing my wife was most concerned with was "curb appeal" and no panels on the roof facing the front of the house. Chris sent several designs and ultimately we came to a solar plant design that she approved of.

Trust me, we are true skeptics, and I did my due diligence obtaining quotes. Solar Specialists was not only the one company that came to me on site, but they were the only company that gave me a true understanding of what was involved and set my mind at ease that there were very little unknowns when it came time to make my decision.

With respect to the quality of the equipment that they recommended and installed... I again did my research and found it to be above and beyond what the others were offering. I could not be happier (based on my research) that I received a state of the art solar plant that would take me well into my retirement years and free of my utility bill.

I have not had a bill over $10 since commissioning the system...

While there were issues (not on behalf of the solar crew or installation) Chris went above and beyond and was extremely helpful with navigating through them. I can not more highly recommend a solar company with respect to quality, service, and before and after customer service responsiveness. ex. I just emailed Chris a really stupid question I thought I already knew the answer to (on a week day night at 8PM) and he responded to me within minutes.

This is a top notch operation, and a highly recommended company if you are thinking about solar power... the process can seem like a leap, but they will make the distance so much shorter.

I would not recommend this company at all. Should get negative stars if possible. Show up and make it sound so great and easy. Then immediately get called a liar 2 days after visit by some sort of manager. Then set up and inspection and never show up for it at all. Then cancel the job because they couldn't get it inspected all without a single contact. Terrible customer service. After digging deeper into website and BBB I was going to cancel anyways. Just to find out it was already canceled without my knowledge. Definitely do your research and be careful with you decisions. F rated on BBB. that tells you all you need to know
