Solar Works are simply awesome! They installed our solar panels about 10 years ago and recently came to check on us because they saw that our inverters did not report to their system. They came by twice for no charge to install connection device and make sure that the production is good intended.
It was very easy to communicate with them, and I feel they simply stand up to the best standard of business service. If you’re looking for a to install solar system/ battery or electric solutions you don’t need to think twice. I highly recommend Solar works.

Our first contact was with Kyle. He was extremely detail oriented and patient with us as this was a new endeavor and we had very little knowledge regarding Solar and the in's and out's of it all.

John and team were very communicative and responsive to all of our inquiries. They were able to move up our install due to another project delay. We did have some hardware issues with the overhead wiring that delayed the project a bit but in the end they completed the job and we are very satisfied.

We highly recommend Solar Works! We love our solar and storage system

Now that we have had the solar on our house for over a year and have seen our true-up bill, I thought I would give my review. We are extremely happy with our decision to get solar. We looked at a few different companies and Solar Works exceeded our expectations. We knew nothing about solar going into it and they explained everything so thoroughly, that I could probably be a salesperson (lol). We looked at our average usage and determined how many panels we needed taking into consideration for a new hot tub. Our monthly bill for electricity is usually under $20 per month which is the minimum charge. We couldn't be happier.

Solar Works spent a lot of time helping us through the entire process. They thoroughly explained how solar systems work, the components involved and why they choose these brands.They collected information about our needs and concerns and did a site evaluation.

The installation process was great. There was a lot of communication about who would be here and what would specifically be happening on each day. The install crew was very professional and I was amazed that they completely cleaned the site before leaving every night. This was by far the most impressive contractor experience I have ever had.

The inspection and PG&E interconnection was hands off and seamless for us.

My first contact with Solar Works was with Kyle over the phone. He was extremely helpful and provided me with answers to my questions and much more. Ultimately, he is the reason I decided to go with solar works instead of the competition.

He was detailed, always available, and took the time to explain the process in length.
The installation went very smoothly. The solar installer coordinated with the roofer I hired in early spring, and were able to complete the project successfully.

The interconnection with PG&E was seamless, apart from a configuration issued on the batteries I got installed as part of the project. Solar works was able to resolve the configuration issues with the Enphase Technician, and make sure the battery back up were set properly. During the process, there was clear communication from everyone on the team.

We got our solar panels 14 years ago, and they paid for themselves in four. years and are still saving us tons of money. But I took off two stars because when we needed a new roof, they charged us $5,000 just to remove the panels and put them back on -- and they wouldn't even clean them while they were removed. I had to clean all 24 panels quickly by myself before they went back up on the roof. If you get your solar panels here, make sure you don't need a new roof first.

I am STILL thrilled with the solar system installed by Solar Works, I have had the system for approximately a year. Everything works perfectly with absolutely no problems. Thank you.

Original Review... I had a great experience with Solar Works. Systems looks good and the installation looks first class. I recommend them highly.
